Kids friendly, great service, super clean
Pros:

Friendly staff with great welcome and interaktion with children.
Super-duper clean! Common areas, room and restaurant was perfectly clean. Esspecially impressed with the cleaniness of the breakfast.
Public swimming pool and lovely town close by. Perfect spot when travelig with kids.

Cons:

Improvementpoint is communication and coordination between hotel and 3rd party booker, because we had to give same information multipel times.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Mooie kamer, prima bedden, en ruime badkamer. Prachtig uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Perfecte locatie qua uitzicht en afstand tot oude stadscentrum. Als we in de buurt zijn logeren we hier zeker terug.

Cons:

Niks.
Misschien het weer, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.😂

Agradable estancia
Pros:

Habitación familiar amplia y limpia , muy buen desayuno y ambiente tranquilo, no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza debido a la ola de calor y agradecemos que nos dejaran hacer uso de la piscina con nuestros hijos a pesar de las limitaciones horarias para ellos. Muy cerca de Gengenbach.

Cons:

El aire funcionaba correctamente pero hacía bastante ruido.

Goed hotel voor een paar dagen Gengenbach.
Pros:

Kamer was zeer ruim, goede airco, fijne badkamer en prima keukentje.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, echter de ochtend van vertrek ontbrak van alles (voor 7 uur). Er was geen enkele communicatie dat was erg jammer. Ontbijt is vanaf 06.30 ik denk dat ze niet gewend waren dat er zoveel gasten vroeg wilde ontbijten

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Schwarzwaldhotel und werden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Schöne und große Zimmer mit Balkon. Gute Betten. Alles super sauber. Nettes und aufmerksames Personal.
Schönes Schwimmbad.
