Very nice facility. New and clean

The staff was very courteous and I was able to extend my staff and give me a reasonable rate. The heated pool was great the kids loved it. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast could have had more cereal and milk selections. Would have been nice to have muffins and cream cheese. The waffles were delicious
A refound and compensation
The worst service I have ever received, and I am a very frequent traveler. The room was filthy, the sheets were dirty, the toilet was filthy, and the furniture and carpets were splashed with bodily fluids. The manager was disrespectful and rude. This property should not be promoted by you. It is the worst place I have ever stayed. Even when I was younger and traveling around Europe and Latin America in hostels, I never received such a poor product and service.
Staff was great, location was convenient to the interstate and several restaurants were within walking distance.
Location was good. Free breakfast was ok.
Upon our arrival, both elevators were not working. We were told they would be operating in a half hour. This turned out to be 4 hours. Our toilet became clogged $ the front desk offered us a plunger to fix it ourselves. For our entire stay, there were big rolls of carpet in front of the bathrooms in the lobby. My husband tripped over them & ended up with a huge bruise on his stomach. Very dangerous.
The breakfast is always great. It is always hot. And my family loves the breakfast.
No hot tub
Fifi did an especially wonderful job welcoming us at the desk and making it comfortable for our little chihuahua. The room was clean and new and everything was just fine!
