L'hôtel la propreté

Cons:

Que la personne de nuit ne parle pas un mot français, nous avons bien stipulé être en famille et vouloir rester ensemble mais on a été classé dans des étages différents et une des cartes d'entrée de chambre ne fonctionnait pas
J'attends toujours le remboursement de mon empreinte c'est assez long et c'est inadmissible de prélever en plus de l'empreinte.
