Staff gentile anche se impotenti e non hanno proposto uno sconto su una suite con cosi tanti difetti e problemi

Cons:

Junior suite con zero servizi, frigo rotto, acqua in doccia fredda per un guasto. Non abbiamo avuto neppure una bottiglia di benvenuto e il frigo oltre che rotto era vuoto.
Mancavano i servizi minimi vhe ci si aspetta in una camera del genere

Un ottimo hotel B&B ma con colazione reclutante

The room, bed, cleanliness, reception

The room was extremely well kept, and everything was neat, minimalistic. The bed was very comfy. The reception has helped me and answered all my questions.

Cons:

Breakfast, staff during breakfast.

The breakfast was extremely sad, boring, and dull, with very few options. Sadly, it's what is keeping the hotel off from a 10 score.
The eggs were cooked with definitely too much oil.
The staff during breakfast was ran by two individuals, sadly the male one did nothing but stand behind the counter doing nothing, felt more like a guard than a staff handling the breakfast, the lady seemed the only one working.
The reception informed me that he works hard, so it might have been just an off moment, but if so, he should have taken a break off from view. Both of them should be trained to greet the clients. There weren't many people when I ate, so there was no excuse for them to not starting a conversation.

Ti propongo una versione più chiara, scorrevole e adatta a una recensione:
Tutto molto deludente. Camera datata e trascurata: in diversi punti delle pareti mancava la carta da parati oppure risultava rovinata. Assenza totale di aria condizionata. Il bagno era in condizioni pessime: lo sciacquone non si riempiva correttamente e la porta non si chiudeva. Anche la porta d’ingresso della camera era problematica: dopo numerosi tentativi con la tessera si riusciva ad aprirla. Uno dei letti singoli era instabile, con un materasso più grande della rete che si spostava continuamente. L’altro letto singolo era addirittura difettoso: appena mia figlia di 10 anni si è sdraiata, si è staccata una doga della rete facendola cadere. Esperienza decisamente negativa. Insomma tenendo presente anche il prezzo devo purtroppo dire, molto molto male!!! Aggiungo inoltre, prenotazione per 2 adulti e 2 bambine, in stanza presente solo un set asciugamani.
