Regenta Inn Ranip Ahmedabad

On arrival we faced bathroom issues. No hot water in shower, after raising complaint it took more than half hour to resolve. Though food in restaurant was awesome. And girls at front desk Mafuza and Sunuki always ready to help. Special mention for suhail who resolved the bathroom issue

We are from torrent pharma staying for 10 days in 542. Hotel is nice. Good environment. Housekeeping services is excellent, laundry service is also good. Special thanks to Santanu and team.
Suraj, Ashish, Gaurav, Gajendra. They all are very helpful and cooperative.

It's nice staying here, came for buisness meeting.

Average hotel, average stay!!
Booked an Executive room but it was small. Bedsheets, pillow and quilt covers were dirty and had to get them changed after check in. Mattresss was not good, had lumps in it and the base was quite noisy due to plywood beneath the mattress. We were not able to sleep comfortably.
Staff was good and polite.
I will not come back to this property again.

First time at Regenta Inn Ranip and the service was fine! Pratik and Mafusa at the reception promptly helped us with our needs.

Room not clean, dirty bed linnen, toilet/ shower not clean , fan not clean. Not happy! No sealed bottle of water no mini bar . Everything looks old, smelly room

Had a comfortable stay and tge food was food too. Recommend.

Regenta hotel was very good , we are stayed in this hotel last 13 days and all very good. Especially House Keeping and Laundery was very good and punctually. Mr santanu from WB is very friendly with us...he is good communicator and arrange laundry with in same day.

Pooja and Suman were awesome to guide us and help us for every little things….the stay was awesome …mind blowing staff..superb services …..best for family

Very nice hotel and service and staff also very supportive. Ms. Mufuza who is senior associate is very supportive and they guide you all about the hotel. Please must visit regenta inn ranip for best stay.

The hotel room first alloted had window facing internal Mall play zone, room alloted after that was facing an ST bus stand with continous noise full night

The shower were broken, room had damp walls, photos uploaded

Worst part, no towels provided, when requested at 6 pm with repeated reminders every hour, every time got a reply that will provide in 10-15 min , however received towels at 6 am next morning when threatened to complain till management

A strict NO to book this hotel at the price they are charging
