Good location, nice hotel, friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice location close to the train station so that made it easy to get luggage to the room and relax after traveling.

Room was good size for 2 adults.

The hotel was quiet and very nice location and close to the things we wanted to see and do. Room was clean and all items in the room worked fine and met our expectations.

We felt safe and comfortable while staying here.

Cons:

Having the front desk keep the room key caused some delays when wanting to get back and go to the room. This wasn't a huge deal, but something to consider while staying here. The concern/issue was waiting in lines to get our room key when we were ready to go relax and cool off.

Central location, nice view of the canal from the room, friendly staff.

Cons:

The room is very old, the pillows are terrible, the bathroom is moldy, everything is worn out. The air conditioning is a thousand years old and leaks, the floor in the room was always wet. Very noisy at night, impossible to sleep properly. The bathtub in which you can shower is very small, although I am thin and I could barely fit in it. Not a very pleasant bathroom. The breakfast has very little choice and it is not very tasty. An elderly Asian couple sat at the table next to me and kept burping loudly. They behaved disgustingly. The whole building needs a thorough renovation, even despite the view it is Not worth the price!
