Very close proximity to the train station

Cons:

The reception staff is very rude. The pillows are inadequate and there were patches in the comforter/top cover. The breakfast menu is very basic. It seems that the hotel is just exploiting their prime location

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Gleich gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt nur eine Brücke über den Canale Grande zu überwinden. Mit Rucksack gehts einfacher als mit Koffer ;-)

Séjour agréable et confortable
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour une découverte de la ville. Nous avons aimé la vue sur le canal. Le restaurant La Cupola du Carlton est délicieux , profitez en.

Cons:

Le canal est un peu bruyant, l'isolation phonique des chambres pourrait être améliorées.

空港へのATVOリムジンバスのローマ広場のバス停からのアクセスがとてもよく、ホテルの場所もわかりやすい。
Pros:

ホテルは、空港からローマ広場までのバス停から徒歩4-5分で、階段のある橋を１回渡る必要があったが近かった。12：20VCE着の飛行機で預け入れ荷物をピックアップしてATVOバスチケット買ってバスに乗りローマ広場で降りて、写真撮りながらゆっくり歩いて5分で、ホテルに13：20に着いた。ローマ広場朝4：20発のバス（満席だったので事前にチケットを買っておいてよかった）に乗る必要があって早朝４時ころチェックアウトしたが、フロントのスタッフはにこやかに問題なく対応してくれた。ビュッフェの朝食が、ハム、ベーコン、スクランブルエッグ、温野菜、生野菜、フルーツ、パン、タルトのような甘いお菓子、シリアル、ヨーグルト、ババロア、ジュース、コーヒー、紅茶など、種類が多くてよかった。2台のシングルベッドのある部屋を隣あわせで２部屋希望したらそのように用意してくれた。部屋の中はとても清潔だった。夜、部屋でブレーカーが落ち、フロントに電話したら、すぐ対応してくれて15分以内に復旧してくれた。1階の中庭に面した部屋で、中庭のテーブルと椅子を自由に使えた。ホテル周辺は治安がよく、サンマルコ広場から夜、リアルト橋を通ってグーグルマップの案内通りに徒歩であちこち寄りながら戻ったが、22時半位まで危険に感じるところはなかった。ホテルとローマ広場までの道は、暗い早朝４時でも全く危険な感じはなかった。

Cons:

部屋の中のコンセントに差し込んでも使えないコンセントがあった。部屋内の冷蔵庫の中のペットボトルの水、プロセッコの小瓶（スパークリングワイン）などを飲んだら、チェックアウトの時に料金が加算された。町で買うより1.5倍位割高だった。ホテルから出るときは鍵をフロントに預け、部屋に置いてある部屋番号が書いてある紙のカードを持って観光に行き、そのカードを見せると鍵を受け取れるシステムだった。紙を忘れがちだった。サンマルコ広場へはちょっと遠かった。ヴァポレット乗り場はホテルの近くでよかったが、14時頃はヴァポレット１番線は各駅停車で観光客が多くてサンマルコ広場まで１時間半程度かかった。翌朝11時、ところどころ小走りまじりの徒歩でホテルからサンマルコ広場まで20-25分ほどかかった。

Estancia correcta
Pros:

La ubicacion es magnifica. El desayuno es muy variado. Y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje en consigna, sin problemas. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

El hotel necesita algunas renovaciones en la fachada e interiores. Aunque la habitación doble pequeña tiene descripción detallada, resulta muy pequeña para 2 personas con maletas grandes.

Location is perfect. I like venetian plaster inside room :)

Cons:

A little fix needed for rooms. Bathroom glass door was hard to open/close because of its oversized dimension, bedside console needed to be repaired. Vault inside cabinet needed to recondition. These are common problems of course historic buildings.
