Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in guter Lage, wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch und sehr zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Am Grand Canal ist etwas laut, besonders am Morgen durch den Verkehr auf dem Wasser. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

A localização é perfeita, do outro lado do canal quanto se desde do trem. Muito facil e perto para chegar, haja vista que Veneza é complicado para se andar carregando malas.

Cons:

Quanto muito pequeno, e a cama que era para ser de casal, parece que eram duas camas de solteiro juntas. Cortinas de tecidos velhas e com cheiro.

I do not recommend!
Pros:

The location is great, very close to the main train station. You can find a variety of choices for breakfast.

Cons:

The room was very old, small, and humid. The room could be much cleaner! The bathroom was leaking largely on the floor. There were almost no facilities in the room. The staff is not welcoming; they are just committed to fulfilling their responsibilities in a general way! This stay at this price is not worth it.

Good for a last resort option

The rooms were not turned down properly
Our room didn’t have any wifi - even complained at front desk twice , they said they will fix it but never did.
Breakfast has very little vegetarian options so my mom struggled with food
