Pros:

Staff was excellent. Maintenance man ,Dustin , was incredible. He helped me get the washing machine working when he could have said "not my job". The facility was exceptionally clean. Great work.

Not impressed
Pros:

It had beds and basics. I didn't see any bugs

Cons:

The hotel was unkempt. The breakfast was minimal, and didnt have enough food for some people that followed us at 8am. It was not well lit and scary for women and children traveling alone. It seemed to be a long term stay hotel, not for travelers.

Terrible beds
Pros:

It was easy to get to and near a walmart

Cons:

Hotel is very dirty, floors felt sticky, hair in our bathtub and pee on the toilet when we checked in. People were living in the hotel and had their grill out while smoking weed and letting their kids run around in diapers or pajamas through the parking lot. The breakfast was granola bars .the warmers were never used no food ever put in them.

Pros:

The room was pleasant and clean. The staff was considerate and informative.

Cons:

There was no TV access in our room. We were told it was going to be fixed on the Saturday and it was not. We had a lot of down time in our visit and it was disappointing.

I was only staying one night to sleep, but it was not a good experience
Cons:

Their was a hair on the pillows, the toilet did not flush well, the tv didn’t work properly, the ice machine was disgusting, there was only one hot breakfast item and the smell of marijuana was terrible

Shifty management practices, routine maintenance neglected.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Electrical tape on the shower head - water squirted everywhere not in the proper shower head position. Staff told me I didn’t have a reservation there even after I showed 2 forms of confirmation. It wasn’t until I showed them a text from a 316 area code number requesting my driver’s license and CC number did they “find” my reservation. The breakfast had run out of most foods by 6:30 am and there was no one servicing the area. There was broken glass in the parking spaces. The hotel changed their phone number but did not update their website or booking.com. Impossible to contact prior to stay. Hotel staff did not answer messages through booking.com website.

Greatly disappointed. Not worth the money.
Pros:

Location was good. A/C worked. Toilet was fine. Sink area was decent. Fridge was operable. Beds were decent.

Cons:

Even though the room was listed as "Non Smoking", it reeked of smoke. TV did not work with remote or buttons on the set itself. Shower was difficult to keep on--kept wanting to revert to faucet. Water pressure was awful. Tub was slippery--no slip protection. Shower curtain didn't extend fully from end to end due to broken bracket. Had to ask for a hair dryer at front desk. Breakfast was over before we got there. 9am seems a bit early to stop breakfast. We've been to hotels that usually keep it out until 10.
