Für 1 Nacht völlig ok!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war richtig toll.
Das Personal aufgeschlossen und sehr freundlich.
Man darf sich nicht vom Gebäudeäusseren abschrecken lassen.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Aufzug in die obere Etage. Zum Zimmer direkt führte ein sehr schmaler Treppenaufgang. Die Dachgeschossfenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen sodass es hineinzog.
Am schlimmsten jedoch war die vorbeifahrende Straßenbahn. Das Haus vibrierte regelrecht, natürlich auch nachts. An guter Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Dagegen kann natürlich das Hotel Nix machen. Es ist wie es ist und wenn man länger dort ist gewöhnt man sich vielleicht dran 🫣

Pros:

Zentral gelegen, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Straßenbahn fähr direkt am Hotel vorbei, daher schlafen mit offenem Fenster nur bedingt möglich. Aber Oropax wurden durch das Hotel gestellt.

Good option in Zagreb
Pros:

Location is great! Staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The room in the 3 floor is very noisy. The hotel does supply guests with ear plugs but even with the ear plugs, the room shakes from time to time and you can hear noise from the street.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσια ηταν εξαιρετικη το πολυ 5΄λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το κεντρο .
Οσο αφορα τον θορυβο απο το τραμ δεν υπηρχε καμια ενοχληση .
Και το προσωπικο ευχαριστο , φιλικο και προθυμο να εξυπηρετησει.

Zentrale Lage, sauber, Schallisolierung ausbaufähig
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zum / vom Hauptbahnhof sind es etwa 20 min zufuß oder 3-4 Straßenbahnhaltestellen. Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Belebte Straße. StraßenbahnTAGESkarte ( City ) kostet im Moment ( März 2026 ) 3,95 € . Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer 21 war größer, nur Dachschrägenfenster. Sauberkeit einwandfrei, Bad/ Dusche modern. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Brötchen wären gut gewesen, aber hier vielleicht untypisch ? Interessant gestaltetes Hotel. An den Flurwänden gute abstrakte Drucke eines kroat. Künstlers. Kühlschränkchen vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Schallisolierung zur Straßenseite war schlecht. Ab 4.30 Uhr morgens rumpelte und quietschte die Straßenbahn alle 5 min vorbei und der Schlaf war vorbei. Die Ohrstöpsel des Hotels halfen mir nicht. Tags ist man weniger geräuschsensibel und es stört weniger. Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen, die Zimmer zur Straßenseite nicht.

Room and hotel in general is modern, equipped, in the city center. Staff pay attention to everything. Nearby is a shopping center.

Cons:

Even is insulated from outside noise, the tram line is passing close and creates noise during night
