I could put my motorbike inside, because there is no parking, only public parking.

Had some pluses but would not stay there again due to so many negatives.

Nice with a good breakfast included. Our room was well lit with windows

False advertising as to which room we would
Be in. The room we got
Was different than the photo and not as nice. Ear plugs were a nice touch and that we were warned about the tram noise. But not warned about the room shaking as trams went by. We actually got used to that!
Hard to get in and out of bed as single beds on each side were so close to our bed.
Not told where the pole was to open the window. Also we were told by one person that there was laundry service but very expensive. The next day another person told us no laundry service.

El personal muy amable, nos ayudó con la información necesaria antes de llegar, el desayuno está bastante bien

Cons:

En concreto nuestra habitación era muy ruidosa, por la calle de atrás pasa un tranvía y el ruido es exagerado, de hecho hasta hacía que se moviera la habitación, un detalle que tienen es dejar tapones en la habitación, luego entendimos el porqué

Pusryčiai labai skanūs, vaisiai švieži ir saldūs. Kambariai švarūs ir patogūs, personalas labai paslaugus. Šalia šviežių vaisių ir daržovių turgelis, kainos geros. Parkingas už 100 m požeminis mokamas. O gatvėje parkingą susirasti labai sunku, ypač atvykus vėlai vakare, tenka mašiną statyti net už 3-5 km. Ir iki viešbučio važiuoti su bolt. Taxi nėra brangus, pan. kaip LT. Iš pirmo žvilgsnio viešbutis atrodo ne labai, bet užėjus į vidų viskas labai ispūdingai, graži lauko terasa, kas mėgsta pakvėpuoti grynu oru. Viduje labai viskas jauku, gražu ir švaru.

Cons:

Sin ascensor y esta en un primer piso sin señalizar apenas en la calle.
Por la noche se siente temblores y ruido en la habitacion por los tranvías cercanos.
Cama no muy cómoda por el borde de madera rodeando y habitacion y cuarto de baño pequeños

Pros:

This is my 2nd visit. Excelent location 10 min by foot from centre, very good breakfast, comfortable bed, cozy room and terrace for summer . Slight street / tram noise is irrelevant compared to all advantages. But above all staff is for 10!

I m glad i only had one night here as the sound of the trams doesnt let you sleep. Its loud and the bed shakes each time a tram passes
