Art Hotel Like

Keine Parkplätze am Hotel sondern 100 Meter weiter in einem Parkhaus ist aber auch ok gewesen.
Was ich begrüßt hätte wenn das Parkticket kostenlos gewesen wäre.

Also milk in the rooms,they provide a kettle and coffee and tea but no milk

Disappointing Experience – The Location and Breakfast Were the Only Positives

The only two positive things about this hotel were its good location and the decent breakfast. Unfortunately, everything else was quite disappointing.

First of all, access to the hotel is terrible. When arriving by Uber, you practically end up on the tram tracks because there is no proper or convenient drop-off point. Getting to the hotel is already stressful and inconvenient, especially if you are travelling with luggage.

Another problem arises when you need a taxi. Instead of offering a practical solution or helping arrange transportation, the receptionist basically tells you to walk a little further uphill, as taxis usually pick up passengers from there. After struggling just to reach the hotel in the first place, you are left to figure out transportation on your own. This is far from the level of convenience and service you would expect from a hotel.

Another major drawback is that there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up all those stairs feels more like a workout at the gym than arriving at a hotel. Once you finally reach the top, the entrance to the reception is awkwardly positioned right by the stairs, making it difficult to get inside, especially if you have several pieces of luggage. The entire setup is extremely impractical for guests.

Unfortunately, the room itself was not much better. The bed and the entire room shake whenever a tram passes, and the trams run very frequently. It genuinely feels like being in the middle of a small earthquake. This significantly affects comfort and the overall quality of your stay. It is difficult to relax properly when you can feel every passing tram while lying in bed.

Overall, the location is good and the breakfast is acceptable, but these two positives do not make up for so many inconveniences. The hotel seriously needs to improve its accessibility, transportation arrangements, and room comfort.

Mögel i rummet, smutsiga fönster. Separat toalettrum och duschrum. Ingen städning på fyra dagar. Visade sig att man ska hänga ut skylten om man vill ha städat, samma skylt som "stör ej". Det fick jag ingen information om. Dålig ventilation. Ingen hiss. Hyllorna i badrummet och toalettrummet sitter så lågt så man knappt kan öppna kranen.

Fastidiosi rumore e vibrazioni causati dal passaggio dei tram ( in camera trovi anche i tappi per le orecchie), mancanza di ascensore e di parcheggio ( ma ce ne sta uno a pagamento nei pressi a 13,50€ /giorno), nel 2026 non trovare canali tv oltre a quelli locali non è il massimo

The parking or arriving at the hotel is very bad. There is parking around the hotel, but carrying luggage between the streets avoiding traffic and trains is a bit tough. Also the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so it makes it difficult to take baggage to upper floors.

Lyhört så spårvagnstrafiken störde lite (öronproppar tillhandahölls).

Juist in de kamer met eigen balkon is de tram snachts extra goed te horen, we hebben eerder verbleven in een van de andere kamers, daar was dit minder. In de kamer met balkon hoor je de tram nog meer en rammelt het bed ervan.
