Love the stay, location was good for getting around and very comfortable.
Pros:

Well appointed, room was very nice and updated. Cool decor, quite upscale. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Cost to eat at the hotel, even breakfast was very pricy. Although we intended to stay in a hotel that was upmarket, we got the feeling the restaurant was underutilized by guests. Perhaps others felt the same as us.

Comfortable luxury in the heart of Yorkville
Pros:

Friendly staff. Big rooms. High quality furnishings. Pool and gym were good. Room service was quick and delicious. Toiletries smelled great. Sofa was really comfortable. Lots of room lighting options.

Cons:

My city view room was too low down to see much of the city, but didn’t have a lovely view of the conservatoire. No option to cast to the television.

Great all around much appreciated for the wonderful service and how great the Hotel was
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and the staff also the dinner we were at a family funeral and them made sure our food was done quickly so we could get back. The staff from the front desk to the nice gentleman that brough our luggage up to our room to the restaurant was excellent service and kindness to my and my family

Pros:

Det var veldig sentralt til alt Toronto har å tilby. Både streetcar og subway er rett i nærheten slik at vi kom oss lett fra downtown tilbake til hotellet. Stille og rolig selv om det er rett ved en av de travle hovedgatene, Bloor Street. Lett å bli kjørt og hentet rett utenfor hotellet. Veldig god service, utrolig god frokost. Veldig gode senger. Vennlige og hyggelige ansatte. Likte alt ved dette hotellet. Vi var 3 voksne. Lett å komme i kontakt med hotellet. Anbefaler å bestille med frokost.

Excellent Hotel, great rooms and staff so helpful, even though the concierge was on vacation the general front desk staff gave great recommendations for restaurants.

Cons:
