Very happy with everything
Pros:

Super comfortable bed, lovely linen. Best old Fashioneds in the Proof bar. 24/7 McDo on one side Starbucks on the other for those late night jet lagged hunger pangs. Municipal Carpark right next door super clean, well lit and the elevator leads directly to the hotel lobby. Hotel has valet parking but it’s kind of expensive - with tips circa $65-70 per day. Municipal car park is capped at $26 per day (18 daytime plus 8 night time)

Cons:

Room was often too hot even with the control set to 18.5 (lowest setting) it was still I’d say 23. I sleep better if it’s a bit cool but that’s just me.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Location is brilliant with lots of shopping down the street and an underground station on the next block with a direct line to downtown! Highly Recommended!

Pros:

Good, sizeable room. Good location for a 3 night stay. At a better rate, I would return.

Cons:

The "resort fee" is ridiculous. Just put it into the room price. It was a busy week so hotel prices were high in general but value for money was not there.

Good size rooms, good location for Yorkville and not bad for downtown - short ride on the metro.

Cons:

the decor - much preferred it when it was an "InterContinental"

Stayed for Christmas week. Was amazing.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great bar and restaurant.
Had a different breakfast every morning during our 5 night stay. Christmas dinner was lovely in the hotel! Staff were great. Really nice area with shops and restaurants nearby. Short walk or taxi to downtown area.

Cons:

Nothing.

Perfect
Pros:

Spent four nights . Very kind staff . two lovely staff at front desk surprised me and sent up a beautiful birthday cake plate for me . Spa in lobby also excellent for manicure and blowout. Room very comfortable and housekeeping staff very nice :)
