Absolutely amazing!
Pros:

The staff was very kind and it was super close to everything I wanted to do while visiting the city.

Cons:

I wish my room had a mini fridge separate from their priced mini bar for me to keep food in and a microwave to heat up food.

A clearly great stay. I do come regularly to Toronto and I do stay at this hotel.
Pros:

It is in a great location and close to everything. There are some sketchy characters on your way to the hotel, but then I can’t cannot be helped with a big city like this.

Cons:

The staff were friendly, but they could’ve been a bit friendly or especially when I asked about check-in times and where I could have my luggage dropped off.

Underwhelming and expensive with staff who in the main seem reluctant to help
Pros:

Good location for exploring the city, 5 mins green and yellow underground lines, opposite museum, High end shopping along the street, 20 mins to Union.

Reception staff were really helpful in helping with medical advice for my daughter (apologies did not get the names of the 2 women).

Cons:

Bad check in experience that we suggest is indicative of the complacent attitudes in this hotel. Our family arrived late (10pm) and our room for 4 was not made up for a family - bed not made up, not enough towels, robes etc. We had similar experiences in other budget/mid range Hotels on our road trip around Ontario and Quebec and just made up out own rooms. This was not even an option - no bedding, pillows - as (presumably) at a premium (and expensive) hotel these things should already be taken care of before you arrive. Resolved quite quickly - but a disappointing start that set the scene for the rest of the stay. In search of something to eat after checking in, staff at reception would only point us at room service - we found our own Shawarma restaurant 10 mins around the corner. Again something that we are more than happy to do by ourselves but the active resistance of the staff to help/make a suggestion other than the chargeable room service suggests that the guest experience is not their focus.

Breakfast options included in rate -you can have a full cooked breakfast with toast and coffee/tea (but no juice) or a smoothie (but with nothing, zip, nada, else), continental with 2 pastries, fruit and juice, a MASSIVE bowl of oatmeal or pay extra for a la carte but still not get any combination of coffee, juice or toast without also paying extra.

Would not stay at this hotel again.

Conforme à ce qui était prévu et annoncé dans le descriptif. Pas de mauvaises surprises!
Pros:

La chambre était de dimension correcte (pour 4 personnes). L'emplacement correspondait à ce que nous recherchions à savoir, a proximité du centre mais sans y être totalement.
Le personnel a été très accueillant. La chambre était prête plus tôt à notre arrivée et nous avons pu la libérer un peu plus tard après l'avoir demandé à la réception.
Le parking se situe juste sous l'hôtel (très pratique).
Notre chambre était au calme.

Cons:

Pas grand chose. La chambre et l'hôtel correspondait à nos attentes. Le prix est élevé (sans le petit déjeuner en plus) mais c'est malheureusement les tarifs pratiqués à TORONTO.
