I would definitely stay there again and the staff were charming and helpful.
Pros:

An elegant hotel w quality rooms, calm & tranquil dining and a convenient fitness centre and pool.

Cons:

There was a little disruption and noise due to renovations.

Excelente ubicación, enfrente del ROM, y de la Universidad de Toronto, con estación del metro en la esquina.
Habitación cómoda, limpia. Personal muy agradable y accesible en el Check in.

Cons:

Hay muy pocas opciones de restaurantes alrededor. Para desayunar o cenar fuera del hotel hay que ir al distrito financiero u otras áreas de Toronto

Cama super grande e confortável, quarto bem espaçoso, tem mesa e cadeira confortável pra estudar ou trabalhar. Também tem um sofá c uma mesinha super legal p relaxar se não quiser sentar na cama. Tem canais de TV com transmissão dos jogos da Copa do Mundo. Recepcionistas super atenciosos todos eles. O mensageiro tbm é atencioso. Também tem ótima localização, e o metrô é bem perto. Com certeza recomendo e já estou voltando.
