It was a relaxing and satsfying four days and very well located for walking.

Great hotel in great neighborhood in Toronto
Pros:

My fourth stay in the hotel and always my first choice when staying in Toronto. Great quality, comfy beds, spacious room, very clean, internet working very well. Fantastic restaurant and bar in the hotel. Worth to eat breakfast there as well (however breakfast is ala carta so plan some more time for it).

Cons:

Everything was great. The only minus is a very complicated method of calculating additional fees for the stay and the calculation of fee for breakfast if you pay up front. I was staying for the fourth time, always ask to explain, and always confused if I understand this correctly:) (and I mean fees, not taxes which are added)

Unforgettable stay in Yorkville, Toronto with our family
Pros:

The Sonesta in Yorkville is located opposite the Royal Ontario Museum and in a very nice area, especially if you enjoy mono-brand boutiques combined with great restaurants nearby.
The staff at check-in, room service ( mr. JoeyH 5-star service ) , and the concierge are all very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are well decorated and include complimentary Nespresso coffee and tea, along with a classic minibar.
The pool on the 8th floor offers a view of the CN Tower, and if you happen to be alone, it really feels like a private pool experience. We look forward to return again next year

The security deposit system is confusing, were told $300 would be held on our card then an amount of $157.44 was taken instead. Also WiFi not secure

Excellent stay for two nights.
Pros:

The location was perfect for downtown exploring and visit. It is close to the ROM, a number of galleries, shopping, not to mention excellent dining.. Easy access by subway to CN Tower, Aquarium, City Hall, not to mention sport and theatre events. The hotel's dining room and service was excellent and very accommodating. The room was quiet, overlooking the courtyard and inviting with spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. I loved the doggy greeting area, - a nice touch - just off the lobby.

Cons:

The Lobby staff was very pleasant and efficient, but perhaps the furniture there could use a bit of renewal still in the same style though. The enormous chandelier and table beneath it set for Easter theme were welcoming touch.
