Sehr Freundliches Personal
Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Sauberkeit, die Schlafdecke hatte stark nach Schweiß gerochen, sie wurde zum Glück ausgetauscht nach dem ich es gemeldet habe

Mitten in Münster komfortabel und schön übernachten
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, groß, komfortabel, modern eingerichtet und vor allem sehr ruhig. Man hört nichts von den Nachbarn und von der Straße. Tolles Frühstück. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

Gern wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Es war dennoch recht ruhig. Super Frühstück und das Personal in der Bar war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Very pleasant (except the woman at the reption)

Cons:

The lady who served us at the reception was extremely disrespectful to us.
She was lying about the price and said the room was only available für 180€ even tho we booked it for 130€.
Then said she never said 180€…
We asked to see the manager which she repeatedly refused.
She had brown hair and lip fillers I don’t remember her name.
Other than that we had a very comforting stay.

Cons:

Если бы работал Wi-Fi, не было бы потрачено много времени на регистрацию (была большая очередь), была бы оценка 10!
