Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr vollständige und geschmackvolle Zimmerausstattung, großzügiger Badzuschnitt und sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage zwischen Innenstadt und Bahnhof.

Cons:

Wenn die Nachbarn die Zimmertür zufallen lassen, wackelt die Wand hinter dem Bett.

Good new hotel in Münster
Pros:

Clean, new rooms.
Friendly staff and good bikes to rent for a good price.
Central location.

Cons:

Parking was full when we arrived..didn't get a reply on my request for reserving the ev charging spot.
I booked this hotel initially to use the sauna. That was advertised especially in the ad, but it was being renovated while we were there..
The rooms are obviously next to busy roads so for light sleepers you have to be lucky that there will be rooms available on the non-road/city-view side.

Leider kein Wellnessurlaub

Unkomplizierter checkin, großes Zimmer mit Tee- und Kaffeezutaten

Cons:

Ich habe einen Tag vor der Reise gebucht und gezielt ein Hotel mit Spa ausgesucht. Am Tag der Anreise teilte mir das Hotel mit, dass der Spabereich wegen Renovierung geschlossen sei. Ich hatte ohne Stornierungsoption gebucht und auch nach Rücksprache mit der Vorgesetzten wurde mir kein Preisnachlass gewährt. Nur ein Getränk konnte ich verhandeln. Dies empfinde ich als schlechten Stil und Service. Wäre die Renovierung bei der Buchung bereits genannt worden, hätte ich mich für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Leider war genau zu diesem Wochenende der Saunabereich kaputt :(

Frühstück mit 35 EUR für mich persönlich viel zu teuer, ich trinke morgens nur Kaffee, von daher für mich nicht relevant

Erholsam und sehr angenehm!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Service war höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war wunderbar!

Cons:

Keine Getränke bzw. kein Wasser im Sauna/Wellnessbereich.

Ein schönes Hotel, das sehr gut geführt wird und Freundlichkeit und Wohlfühlen groß schreibt.
Pros:

Lage, super Frühstück, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nachts viel zu warm eingestellt. Die allergikerfreunfliche Bettwäsche erzeugt bei Allergikern mit Kunststoff- und Polyesterallergiker unschöne Hitzestaus.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Frühstück hatte mehr als genug Auswahl, Säfte, Früchte, Auflage, Brot/Brötchen.... So konnte der Tag gut beginnen. Verschiedene Restaurants sind in der Nähe ebenso die Altstadt.

Breakfast was fantastic, broad choice of food, high quality. Loved the cured salmon.

Cons:

A shame the spa was closed for servicing - I was advised beforehand, but this was one big selling point for me, so I was still disappointed. Still, Atlantic looked better than other local options.

Die Situation mit der Tiefgarage kann man überdenken
