Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, unmittelbar vor der Altstadt von Münster. Bemerkenswert fanden wir auch das leckere Frühstück. Die Mitarbeitenden haben wir als freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt.

het was prima, mooi hotel, leuke stad.
Pros:

Het ontbijt op zondag was bijzonder duur, niet bijzonder speciaal. Het was vooral vreselijk druk hetgeen de hoge prijs goed verklaard.

Cons:

Bij het inchecken werd van iedere gast het hemd van het lijf gevraagd en ingevoerd in een systeem. Dat duurde veel en veel te lang. Uiteindelijk crasht zo'n systeem dan ook en gaan de laatste gasten met een paraaf op een formulier naar hun kamer. Maar tjonge, wat een ergernis dat bedrijven enorme hoeveelheden data willen hebben en dan ook nog geen fatsoenlijk functionerend programma daarvoor hebben.

The breakfast was excellent probably one of the best I have had. The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The size and amenities in the room were excellent.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war großartig und die Nähe Lage zum Zentrum war ebenfalls super.

Cons:

Schade, dass die Dampfsauna ausser Betrieb war

Mooi en luxe hotel voor een hoge prijs.
Pros:

Ontbijt prima. De chef iets te ijverig alleen, mijn lege bord met bestek was al weg terwijl ik nog wat aan het halen was. :-)

Cons:

Ik wilde een wekker zetten, maar dat kon niet in de superdeluxe digitale omgeving. Althans ik kon het niet vinden. Zou basis moeten zijn.

Sehr hellhörig von außen hört man sehr viel. Man wird die ganze Zeit wach wenn andere Zimmer ihre Türen zumachen. Es vibriert total. Minibar hat nicht ordentlich gekühlt.

Perfekter Städte-Tripp
Pros:

Da wir mit dem Fahrrad angereist sind, haben wir die Unterstellmöglichkeit für das Fahrrad sehr geschätzt. Perfektes Frühstück, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels war für uns ansprechend.
