Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel in centraler Lage. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon.

Cons:

Ich habe online eingecheckt, wo man damit warb just pick your key 🔑 Aber mich erwartete eine lange Schlange wo ich mich auf Nachfrage einreihen musste. Es hat dann tatsächlich 40 Minuten gedauert bis ich meinen Zimmerschlüssel in der Hand hielt.
Am Sonntag Morgen dann eine lange Schlange vor dem Frühstücksraum. Es waren alle Tische besetzt

Great overnight stay
Pros:

Rooms were well designed and comfortable. I slept well.
From the reception to the person on the deli and the roof top bar. All were professional and courteous.
Small menu card at the deli was good

Cons:

That the Grill Room which was a highlight was closed on Sunday. Having said that an option was the small menu card at the deli with nice staff

Pros:

Location was great and the rooms were very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

A few issues with the room such as no minibar or waste bin, except recycling bin. There were also no toiletries in my room. The main issue was the cleaning service. Nothing was cleaned, rubbish not collected, used towels not replaced, bed poorly made, etc.
