Un tres joli hotel authentique et bien vert
Pros:

la decoration et la localisation sont excellents. Raison initiale pour j'ai choisi l'emplacement. La verdure est magnifique et c'est agreable et rafraichit l'atmosphere. La Gombe est Un îlot de chaleur urbain, donc c'etait agreable d'etre a l'hotel. Il y avait un self-banking post de Equity Bank, ce qui est vraiment geniale.

Cons:

Quand je suis arrivee, j'ai trouver les equipements de nettoyage sur le lit. Ma porte je devais insister pour qu'elle se ferme convenablement donc j'assume que ca devait etre un peu vieux. De plus, la nourriture n'etait pas bien epicee au restaurant et le temps d'attente est trop longue. Le dejeuner n'etait pas a mes attentes, un peu pauvre et repetition des memes aliments.

Horrible experience because of their stupid policies
Pros:

Nice building, interesting art. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

I arrived at 2 AM and the guy at the reception tried 4 times various credit cards. He wouldn't let me in the room until the room was paid, even though his credit card machine didn't work. Then he suggested I put the credit card data in some screen on his phone. I paid cash in the end, it took 30 minutes for this. Booking.com should also allow payment in the app if it includes such places in it's offer
The light in the room when turned off would flicker every 30 seconds, making it hard to sleep. Light in the bathroom same thing when turned on, but much more intense, very disturbing

Pas d'équipements suffisants dans la salle de bain: une seule serviette, pas de brosse etc pas de cafetière dans la chambre...
Cafards et beaucoup de fourmis 🐜 en chambre. Le climatiseur faisait couler de l'eau au matin....
