The room smelled of bleach, cleaning products very off putting
The staff was amazing! The food and drinks are exquisite and convenient. The room was large and I love the overall design of the hotel. The texting service was so helpful to communicate my needs. I feel like everyone that worked at that hotel were working their hardest to make sure I had an enjoyable stay.
There was nothing that vould have been done better. We had an amazing time.

We had a fantastic two night stay at the Santa Barbara Inn.
We stayed in a king sized room on the second floor. We didn't have a view (it was of the parking lot) but it was still nice to have a balcony with cozy wicker chairs to sit in. The room itself was very clean with plenty of space to spread out and a large bathroom.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We loved being able to just walk across the street and be right on the beach. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive to the downtown area, but with a car, it wasn't an issue at all for us. Valet is a bit steep at $29/night, but all of the employees working there were super nice, helpful, and had our car ready in seconds with free bottles of water!
We sat outside at the pool one afternoon, and it was quite relaxing and very quiet. Plenty of chairs, a hot tub, sun umbrellas, and towels.
One comment for the hotel. We love that you offer coffee for free in the lobby during the morning hours, but maybe can you add hot tea ? We were surprised to not see any hot water offered as well.
Overall, the Santa Barbara Inn is a very relaxing and classy hotel for a very reasonable price. We will definitely return!

The park view side is not as nice as ocean front.
Excellent room with an ocean view. The staff was very attentive and had great advice on hikes in the area. The team in valet was especially helpful. We will definitely be back to stay here again.
Went to Chads it was very good it was a little rainy so we drove very nice drive .
The Hotel was just very expensive to stay . Convenient for what we went there for my daughter got married at the courthouse very beautiful.
