Cozy and Relaxing
Pros:

We had a fantastic two night stay at the Santa Barbara Inn.

We stayed in a king sized room on the second floor. We didn't have a view (it was of the parking lot) but it was still nice to have a balcony with cozy wicker chairs to sit in. The room itself was very clean with plenty of space to spread out and a large bathroom.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We loved being able to just walk across the street and be right on the beach. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive to the downtown area, but with a car, it wasn't an issue at all for us. Valet is a bit steep at $29/night, but all of the employees working there were super nice, helpful, and had our car ready in seconds with free bottles of water!

We sat outside at the pool one afternoon, and it was quite relaxing and very quiet. Plenty of chairs, a hot tub, sun umbrellas, and towels.

One comment for the hotel. We love that you offer coffee for free in the lobby during the morning hours, but maybe can you add hot tea ? We were surprised to not see any hot water offered as well.

Overall, the Santa Barbara Inn is a very relaxing and classy hotel for a very reasonable price. We will definitely return!

Very nice romantic weekend. Hotel was wide open and had some delay with early check in and no upgrade.
Pros:

We love the hotel for its restaurant and location.

Cons:

The park view side is not as nice as ocean front.

Great experience at the Santa Barbara Inn
Pros:

Excellent room with an ocean view. The staff was very attentive and had great advice on hikes in the area. The team in valet was especially helpful. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Pros:

Went to Chads it was very good it was a little rainy so we drove very nice drive .

Cons:

The Hotel was just very expensive to stay . Convenient for what we went there for my daughter got married at the courthouse very beautiful.

A real gem with excellent service
Pros:

We booked the restaurant for a family lunch to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The bar and restaurant staff made us feel very welcome. It was good to know that they looked after us so well. Our rooms were spacious with large bathrooms, toiletries etc.

Cons:

We had a lovely experience with no problems or issues.

Bed and Breakfast!
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel with adequate (not luxury) staff. The standout was the restaurant, which provided a very good dinner with an excellent server and then a really fantastic breakfast.

Wonderful hotel in Santa Barbara
Pros:

The Santa Barbara Inn was a lovely place to spend time. The location is fabulous – right across the street from the beach. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the on-site restaurant and both were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

The best! Santa Barbara Inn
Pros:

Such a wonderful stay here!So beautiful the rooms, grounds, comfortable bed spotlessly clean especially delightful front desk with Ruth giving us friendly excellent caring service. We are coming back.

The hotel was comfortable and allowed us to enjoy our event.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful! Very helpful and always pleasant. Housekeeping and valet services went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!

Cons:

The WiFi connection was bad most of the time. We didn’t contact management and probably should have. Lesson learned. Mentioned it when we checked out.

A beautiful, welcoming stay made extra special by thoughtful touches and stunning ocean views.
Pros:

Beautiful location with an amazing ocean view from our room. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday and were pleasantly surprised with a welcome wine and a thoughtful card. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting. A wonderful stay—we would definitely return.
