Wunderschönes Hotel am Strand mit einem ausgezeichneten Service
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Strand.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Altstadt von Santa Barbara ist zu Fuß (am Strand entlang) oder Rad und/oder Taxi/Uber in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Alle weiteren Ausflüge sind von hier aus perfekt zu starten.
Das gastronomische Angebot im Hotel (ob Frühstück oder Abendessen) ist fantastisch.
Die Servicekräfte bei Ankunft, Check-In, Restaurant oder Poolbereich sind sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und bei Wünschen sehr schnell.
Der Pool ist super schön, mit ausreichend Liegen und ebenfalls einem guten gastronomischen Angebot. Selbst vom Pool aus ist der Strand zu sehen.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wunderbar eingerichtet und wurde täglich top gereinigt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen.

Stellar accomadations, food, staff made us not leave the hotel the whole trip.
Pros:

The staff was amazing! The food and drinks are exquisite and convenient. The room was large and I love the overall design of the hotel. The texting service was so helpful to communicate my needs. I feel like everyone that worked at that hotel were working their hardest to make sure I had an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

There was nothing that vould have been done better. We had an amazing time.

Hotel was in a lovely position, bedroom was large and comfortable, the restaurant Convivo was Fantastic, great bservice and wonderful food 5 *

The perfect peaceful beach get away.
Pros:

So beautiful and peaceful, listening to the ocean all night and comfortable beds! Heated bathroom floors are a bonus!

Cons:

Having an option to reheat my food would be great:)
