La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Flagstaff East I-40

Hotel is newer and in nice condition. Bit noisy. Need better pillows and our sheets were coming off. Shower soap broken. All staff was very nice and helpful.
Rooms are spacious

We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast both days was not La Quinta standards. First morning was busy. Eggs were not hot, biscuits were cold and hard. The refill of biscuits was better. Orange juice dispenser was empty and waste tray was full. I asked the attendent about a refill and she slammed the empty container on the counter. The room was busy but her attitude did not portray this LQ in a bright light. The second morning was not as busy but the eggs were scorched and served cold. Different attendant, better attitude.
The night we checked in, I went to the desk for information. The desk clerk was around the corner playing on his phone.
The bedding/room was clean, not spotless. The bedding is in need of a refresh because we had stains on the coverlets.
The maid walked in on me as we were checking out, even though the do no disturb sign was on the door.
This hotel is layed out im a strange configuration. We think the coffee bar in our room was cut out of an original larger bathroom.
This is a pet friendly hotel.

Went during the busy time of year for fall colors... Nice to have breakfast ready for us in the morning and a very functional gym with a kind and accommodating staff. Walmart is right. Next door so any amenities are available with a short walk.

Would like to see some electric car charging stations for sustainability and eco-friendliness.

Great customer service. We checked in late but they accommodated us. Parking lot was packed. We stayed with our dog. No complaints beyond the parking. We would stay again.

Super pleased with La Quinta in Flagstaff! Check-in was easy, the room is very spacious, very clean… And well equipped! We had a king bed with a kitchenette on the ground floor… Highly recommend! Absolutely perfect

We are traveling with the puppy, and it was convenient to walk him around the property, etc.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, good adjustable temperature, quiet, and nice linens (towels, sheets, etc.). Service was very good. Location was easy and fairly close to freeway on/off. Tucked back enough to block freeway noise. Very enjoyable stay for one night. Would definitely stay again and longer!

Everything was great as always

They charge a bit dearly and TV doesn't have a definition for Netflix.

King size bed room had 2 TVs, sofa bed, desk, desk chair, single upholstery chair, and high ceiling.

We had to change rooms twice at check in. The first assigned room had oreos stuffed in the air conditioner and the second room looked like sheets hadnt been changed/cleaned properly after a pet had been on it. We couldnt risk this with allergies in the family and had to move again. We thankfully were able to get another room that was clean. It was an inconvenience unpacking and packing twice. I would highly recommend checking the room first (which we should have done).

Other than this, rest of the stay was very comfortable. No other issues. The soap is divine and AC worked great. Very comfortable room to come back to, after a long day of hiking and being outdoors. We did not use the pool or other amenities. Fridge and Microwave in the room was very convenient

This hotel as well as 5 or 6 other hotels are on the same street across from a railroad track. The trains run quite often as well as alot of traffic on the street in front of hotel.
