Pros:

the place is away from the highways and citylife. which is a good place to have a break from routine. the rooms were clean and with all the required amenities. the meals were exceptional.
the only negative is that they need to maintain their play area.

Cons:

play area was not maintained well. the games were playable. but needed maintenance.

Overall enjoyed a lot Foods is very tasty n service of staff also very nice.

Great location n Property Staff are Good Service also Very Good but Cleanness outside Room is durt with Birds droppings and woodden sticks . it needs to clean .

Pros:

The staff was helpful.
Some of the staff were nosy. Peeking into the room during delivery of food.

Cons:

All amenities need servicing.
No body wash or soap was provided.
Games in the game room is almost useless. Snooker stick was broken stuck with a tape. Food was bad. Taste and quality both were bad.

Disappointed with the non customer centric approach
Cons:

One of the most pathetic experiences at Fern Hotel Abhapur Polo Forest. No customer centricity. Caring only about revenue with no intention to retain or have repeat customer. Although I had selected 4:adults and 1 children in booking.com there system showed only 4: adults and I have forced to pay 1000 rs. They invited corporate booking while my family was at swimming pool making the experience uncomfortable for family.

The location of the resort is excellent amid forests. It offers peace and a calm environment for a weekend holiday from Ahmedabad. The breakfast and other meal options are good with reasonable variety in the menu.

A good stay overall.
Pros:

The resort was nice full of greenery beautiful layout.The rooms were nice too.

Cons:

1.The bathroom was getting water clogged. 2.In the restaurant they said they serve non- veg but despite asking non-veg was either taking long or not being served.3.The massage in the Spa was v good but the room and towels were smelling of oil and were dirty. 4. The events like trekking etc could be better organised with a professional guide.
