There was no way to regulate the temperature in the Room, and it was too warm to sleep. The place is OK, but it was way overpriced for what it is. The reception, front desk area was not what one can expect for this price range, it looks like a student place more than a hotel.

Assez déçu pour des prestations d'un hotel à ce prix pour deux nuits. L'accueil est basique, la chambre est assez sympa mais la salle de bain est digne d'un hotel 1 etoile ... tout en plastique.

Petit déjeuner ? oubliez même pas un croissant ... sauf un petit panier vide !

Sono stato una settimana in questo residence, devo dire che con la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. È frequentato da giovani studenti. All'interno ci sono molti spazi in comune ben organizziati sia per studiare sia per svago. Ampio parcheggio interno. È collocata a circa mezz'ora dal centro, è ottimamente collegata con i mezzi trasporto. Gentilezza del personale dinamico e giovane, market dietro l'angolo, rapporto qualità prezzo, esperienza molto gradevole. In futuro ci tornerei volentieri.

Está muy lejos del centro

El lugar está bien y adecuado para lo que yo buscaba. Es más una residencia para estudiantes pero supongo también lo rentan como hotel. La habitación muy buena, tipo departamento. Las áreas comunes no muy limpias.

El tema es que en los 3 días que estuve NO hicieron la limpieza ni un solo día. Solo me dejaron medio rollo de papel de baño (tuve que comprar para completar) y los dos botes de jabón (regadera y lava manos) NO tenían jabón. También tuve que comprar.

Importante que a los huéspedes tipo hotel, les den trato tipo hotel porque en este caso no fue así.

points + : Les infrastructures de la résidence sont très chouettes, l'ambiance étudiante-touriste aussi, personnel sympathique, proche transport en commun.

points - : Pas de clim dans les chambres, pas mal de petites choses cassées par ci par là

Lidt trist morgenmad, meget lidt udvalg.

Chambre spacieuse services proposés riches et variés amabilité du perdonnel petit dejeuner suffisant.

Enjoyed my stay

Hotel is clean and neat. great location with stores and shopping and transportable around. Bed is comfortable.

Le petit déjeuner était très sommaire.

We arrived at the place, took us a good 15-20mins and going up and down to identify the entrance. When we checked in it was okay, clean however even we specified 4 people we only had 3 pillows and 3 towels, we did ask but apparently not in stock, then asked again later and someone managed to get it for us. Problem, it had no AC, and only one fan, when we asked for another fan they said they didnt have a spare. Fortunately was a bit cooler but yesterday was hot and trouble sleeping. Also cannot leave window open as bugs come in, on first night everyone got bitten by bugs so much we had to buy an insect spray. Keeping blinds shut and insect spray helped but with no ac and one fan between 2 beds was problematic. One of the days the water was cold so had to have cold showers, also in breakfast not much, cornflakes, croissant, bread. Even on one day they didnt have bread. Location is 10-15mins from bus stops and train station. There is a Five Pizza restaurant and is definitely recommended about 10min walk. But metro journeys to paris main attractions/disneyland is around 1.5 - 2 hrs. Overall okay place on budget but i would pick a better location and somewhere with AC especially in summer

Dårlig engelsk-kunnskaper i resepsjonen. Dårlig service. Det stod en innpakket sofa i gangen på rommet. Rommet var dårlig rengjort. Svært lite utvalg på frokosten, ingen frukt og grønnsaker.

Je recommande à 100 % cet hôtel.
Et j'y retournerai c'est sûr.
La chambre était génial.

Nous sommes arrivés tard : du coup c'est l'agent de sécurité qui nous a ouvert (personne très sympathique).

L'hôtel est incroyable et il y a pas mal de choses à proximité. Et le parking privé est un plus non négligeable.
