Pros:

Breakfast was great. Exceeded my expectations.
The late night staff person who was there at 2:30am when I got there was the SALT of the Earth. Bless him, he was a true gem of a human being.

They don’t allow locals regardless of reason for stay.
Cons:

Bookings failed to inform me about Holiday Express’s “no locals” policy. They wouldn’t honor my stay and stated locals within 75 miles aren’t welcomed at Holiday Express.

Pros:

We went for a one night getaway from family - LOL. This hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing! The room was large and so so clean. I typically won't stay in hotels unless necessary because of lack of cleaning, but this hotel was amazing. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Not just the front desk, but the breakfast stop as well. We definitely will be planning more getaways and staying here. I was very impressed and super pleased with our stay!

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the auto sensor lights in the room. When I was using the bathroom the lights went off.

We had a Great Experience and Will definitely use your services again.
Pros:

Very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect with stores and restaurants near by. Very pleased with the lady that was running the breakfast area all by herself and she was so pleasant and helpful even when she was very busy with all of the guests eating. I wish I would have asked for her name. We were there the morning of September 12th. Thank You kind and very professional lady handling the Breakfast Area. We also had a very good check in experience on the 11th with the staff that tended to us. She was very helpful and her gentlemen coworker helped as well. Very Pleased and We Will Be Back.

Honestly, everything was Great. I wouldn't say any part of our stay was not likable. Keep Up the Great Work. I didn't see anything that needed improvement. Keep Your Great Staff and You Will Continue to have Great Service.

Pros:

Very clean. Every person was friendly and professional. Breakfast was very well done: good quality food, very clean, people very friendly. Zach greeted us a check in: very friendly, professional, welcoming. Location is peaceful and quiet. Close to Cumberland Gap National Park. Cute little town. Beds were so comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

N/A. We would return if going to Cumberland Gap National Park.
