The staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved having a work out room & pool!
Pros:

I travelled with my two sons so having a hot breakfast was key. I also liked having oatmeal as an option and a to-go yogurt.
The fresh ground coffee machine was great!
Since we were bringing our son to LMU having the stores across the street was very convenient.
We would recommend Haymaker & Frosty Mug for lunch.

Cons:

I would have liked to have more options for fresh fruit.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Exceeded my expectations.
The late night staff person who was there at 2:30am when I got there was the SALT of the Earth. Bless him, he was a true gem of a human being.

They don’t allow locals regardless of reason for stay.
Cons:

Bookings failed to inform me about Holiday Express’s “no locals” policy. They wouldn’t honor my stay and stated locals within 75 miles aren’t welcomed at Holiday Express.

Pros:

We went for a one night getaway from family - LOL. This hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing! The room was large and so so clean. I typically won't stay in hotels unless necessary because of lack of cleaning, but this hotel was amazing. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Not just the front desk, but the breakfast stop as well. We definitely will be planning more getaways and staying here. I was very impressed and super pleased with our stay!
