שהצוות כתב לי מראש שאין בעיה לצרף את אחי לחדר שלי שהיה עם מיטה זוגית, ללא תוספת תשלום, אבל כשביקשנו מזרון נוסף או מיטה מתקפלת נוספת כדי שלא נצטרך לישון באותה מיטה, נאמר לנו שאין שום אפשרות ונאלצנו לישון באותה מיטה.
הפריע לי גם שלא היה קומקום חשמלי ולא היתה יכולת לחמם מים כדי לשתות קפה או תה בחדר.
היו מים חמים באמבטיה אבל זרם המים לא היה חזק מספיק.

Location location location. Easy walking distance to all of the French Qtr

Cons:

My king suite room on 2nd floor backed onto the alley across from the Marriot where the dumpsters were located. Banging all night long of folks putting stuff in and out. So annoying . Additionally you could hear quiet sounds from the rooms next door which was quite spooky as you thought it was coming from your own room

Super cute, perfect location, helpful staff
Pros:

Loved the ease of my check-in. They send you a text that allows you to select any extras you may need. Worked out perfectly because I needed early check-in. When I arrived I only had to show ID and was handed the keys. Staff was wonderful. My flight was canceled slightly before checkout and they were able to find me another accommodation within minutes. Checkout was just as flawless as the check-in. Room was decorated beautifully. I was in a suite and double room, both were equally nice. Comfortable bed. Both rooms smelled clean when I entered.

Cons:

Only downside to my stay was the super creaky floors in the suite. I could hear my neighbor and I'm sure they heard me. However, they did provide ear plugs. Also ironing board in the suite needs to be swapped to a new cover.

Not very clean and our room was noisy. Right by the only ice machine and we could hear plumbing in the walls. Unable to connect Bluetooth to the TV for music. Parking was 2 blocks away and we still had to pay 40$ per night!

Great location, even better staff!
Pros:

I’ve used the same hotel for years when I visit the quarter, but I decided to try and be a little closer to the venue we were mainly there for this time. I’m hooked. Great location and a great price. A quick walk to all my favorite haunts and some of the best hospitality staff I’ve ever encountered.

Overall, my stay was good. Uncertain if I would return.
Pros:

The front desk staff and the owner were very friendly. The establishment kept fresh coffee available in guest. The hotel was in a great location and walking distance to a lot of places.

Cons:

I didn’t like that housekeeping did not come regularly, like everyday. Then the one day, they came an item of mine,that was a gift, came up missing and it wasn’t taken to lost and found. No mention to reimburse or a credit or anything was offered. I was very disappointed about not feeling like I could safely leave items out in my room.

Southern hospitality
Pros:

We recently stayed at the La Galerie hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive from the moment we checked in. We really enjoyed our room, it had charm. The location is perfect, walking distance to Cafe Du Monde, Jackson square, all the places we love to visit. We will definitely be coming back! Shout out to the most wonderful staff, Jhoan, Ms. Jeanette, Ryan and Leticia. Everyone was super friendly and gave great recommendations. I miss them all already

Prime location hotel
Pros:

Excellent little hotel in the French Quarter in New Orleans. Prime location! Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and trendy! Beds were slightly uncomfortable and the carpet throughout the hallways could do with a change it’s worn and dirty. Although I would still recommend
