I enjoyed the way the room was set up, and the space. The bedroom was separated from the living room area. Complimentary water. The location was hard to fine at first, but was located in a good location to see the sites.

Cons:

There wasn't alot of amenities. And there was no coffee maker inside the room!!! I had to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee.. This was a huge disappointment for me. And the parking is two blocks away, and a real pain.

Room 401 shower leaks a lot of water on to the floor. Shower not 2 people friendly at all

Great location, comfortable beds but poor cleanliness.
Pros:

Fantastic location on the edge of the French Quarter. Not too noisy but easy access to bars and restaurants. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The room was in need of a deep clean. Bedlinen and towels were clean BUT there was a layer of dust on all surfaces: bedside table, telephone, lamps etc. the bathroom still had splashes of coffee in the sink and hair in the shower tray. I asked for it to be cleaned and went out for breakfast so they could access the room. When I returned it hadn’t been done so I complained and got offered another room to shower in (there was toothpaste in the sink of the new room so poor standards overall). The ‘deep clean’ they did still didn’t include dusting 😬.

The location was excellent. On Decatur Street on the edge of the French Quarter. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Two nights in a row the room was not cleaned or made up.
Room above ( I was on the third floor) was very noisy during the night.

Perfect blend of price, quality and very importantly: location!!

Cons:

A larger lobby would be nice but that is not an easy thing to change. Also, not very high on the priority list.
