So sick about my money being wasted because could not even use the beds! Never would rec!
Pros:

NOTHING GOOD TO SAY!! Moldy, musky smell upon entering hallway to room. I have pictures of both mattresses, which were both warped even without a person lying on them. Never seen anything like it other than when mattresses look bent/warped from being thrown on curb for garbage pickup and they have been in the heat. Literally they were not flat but rather concave. WHen you laid down head and feet were above your stomach as it sank in the middle. The baseboards were so dirty! Shower tile was laid very unprofessionally! The door jam did not meet door frame and entire frame of door was not level at any point I have pics! We did not even stay the night. ASked for discount due to conditions but none given. The parking was totally unmonitored nor gated and two blocks away. So unsafe for vehicle to be left and still have to pay for parking. So unhappy...had no place to stay so had to drive to next city and stay with friends. Can anything be done to recoop money from this awful experience.

Electrical socket out in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable. Lighting in room near the mirror was not sufficient to really use it effectively.

Great base for exploring New Orleans sights.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to all the key attractions. Based in the French Quarter but walkable to the Riverwalk Outlet Mall, Canal street for the trams and hop-on/off buses and walkable to the ferry terminals for the steam boats.
Rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Cons:

The tiled shower floor didn’t drain well so there was always standing cold water. Acces to the shower tap was behind the glass door which was inconvenient.
