Staff were very helpful, the bed was comfortable, if very loud. Great location on the main road by the centre of the village.
The decor is quite old and tired, much like the furniture and bathroom. The tv struggled with most channels, the Internet is atrocious.
Great food
Really good size room and very comfortable beds
Very noisy people above us , so squeaky floorboards
Excellent location for the NEC. Welcome at recywas excellent, room very comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Lovely hotel, very nice facilities, lots of parking, lovely outdoor space. Staff were really nice.
Showers were noisy on the top floor and the windows were tricky to open. Free WiFi wasn't great for loading things. But small things from an overall great stay.
Room a bit dated but functional!
The staff were lovely, clearly hard-working. The shower was good and the rooms were clean.
It is quite run-down but the price reflects this. The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep.
There was a bit of a crisis on the Sunday morning Breakfast was ok .

The staff. Really friendly and helpful. I always try to stay at smaller independent hotels as I feel they need my money more than huge global chain hotels. The shower was temperature controllable and plenty hot water and I slept very well. I had a very nice stay. Breakfast was lovely as were the staff.
The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful food was excellent
If you have problems with stairs make sure you book downstairs rooms
Had an amazing evening listening to brilliant entertainment, The Bellagios, as well as eating delicious food! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
