Pros:

The location was decent

Cons:

The first staff was rude. The water for the shower didn't get hot unless u let the water run for 15 mins. I was charged for parking when I didn't even have a vehicle on the property. Asked for extra pillows and never received them.

Good place to stay.. beware of parking costs
Pros:

Be aware of parking costs on site. Free across the street. Very nice establishment otherwise. Would stay here again. Great amenities

Great Staff

I like this hotel.
Pros:

One of my favorite hotels. I love the spacious mini-fridge and the layout of the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great stay despite being disappointed with the room layout and parking frustrations.
Pros:

We stayed in a corner suite on a very busy weekend. We were in town with family to see a local performance at The Resch Center. There was a dance competition at The Hyatt that very same weekend and the hotel was extremely busy. Parking was very hard to come by and it made checking in, unpacking and pick up difficult with that many people. The room we got was not what I saw on the hotel website. As we left on the last day I saw a few rooms that looked more like what the website showed as the doors were open for housekeeeping, The corner suite we had was in a little shabby condition but clean enough. I did find and dispose of a couple bugs. I didn’t want to complain and ruin our weekend. I had 2 very excited grandchildren with me and wanted them to have fun. It was noisy, especially before 10:00 PM. There were some parties down the hall going on. But they quieted down after a while. Service was excellent. We requested extra chairs to sit on and towels. Housekeeping arrived within 30 minutes. We appreciated that! The restaurant, Social, was inviting and well layed out. But it was very over priced and the service was slow. We did receive excellent beverages from The Market on the 2 mornings we were there.

Watch your bill
Pros:

This hotel has a terrible check in experience. Watch your bill- was charge twice for the same room, and incidental hold has not been released after a week. Still have not gotten it refunded. This hotel owes me hundreds, and I am told I have to wait. Will file a cc dispute soon.

Hotel is beautiful. Nice clean rooms.
Pros:

Nice clean room. I stayed here to get away from my kids and relax in the hot tub. Pool area is very nice! Loved the hot tub and sauna. It would be nice to have a few hours for only adult. Its hard to relax and use the sauna and steam room when kids are running around and going in and out of them.

all right, just a lot of noise

Bar billed inflated
Pros:

Hotel was great, the pub was not. I have a normal room charge, and then another charge for $211 which is not correct. I would like someone to contact me. We purchased the alfredo, chicken tenders, 2 espresso martinis, one gin and tonic, and one busch light. There is no way that bill was $211. When I asked for an itemized receipt, the bartender told me they did not have one.

Værelset var rigtig fint og personalet var søde Var på hotellet under ekstrem kulde, så jeg kom ikke ud af hotellet i 3

Det var et stort rent rum

Cons:

Badeværelset var meget lille, restauranten var virkelig dårlig og vejret var desværre så koldt at jeg var nødt til at blive på hotellet og spise.

Always pleasant staffing and clean place. One of my favorites to stay at.

Cons:

Check in was pretty late.. (5pm) 2-3pm would have been much better when traveling to the area for events.
