Cheap hotel which I got what I paid for. Don't expect much, but at least the staff was very nice and considerate. Next time I'll try a different hotel when coming to Green Bay, but maybe one day I'll need a cheap room in a convenient location.
They identified me as a WOH loyal member and proceeded to assign us a room with views of a brick wall and a rock filled rooftop. Pic to follow….
I loved how spacious and clean the rooms were. The beds were super comfy too. The location of the hotel is conveniently near the river walk!
Beautiful hotel, clean rooms! Staff were super responsive and kind. Great location. Breakfast in social was top notch.
Quite disappointed in Hyatt this time! First, they wanted to charge me an early check-in fee....we were there 10 min prior to check in time. I prepurchased a corner double queen room for my sister & I thinking it might be a little "extra special" - but I was wrong. The carpeting was rippled in several places, the ironing board did not stand level, the iron itself had a dirty plate, the bathroom had been overused in so many places - I am not even going to list them all. Parking will likely be an issue also so be prepared to ask for your parking fee to be returned for any nights you cannot get parking.
So disappointing and gave us the creeps wondering if things were even clean. I would not recommend this hotel until they make updates.
I absolutely love this hotel. It is hands down my top pick in Green Bay. It is located just a short walk from downtown Green Bay where you’ll find lots of local bars, restaurants and shops. It’s just a short drive to Lambeau Field. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and splash pad are open early at 5:00 a.m. and don’t close until 11:00 p.m., 12:00 a.m. for adults, amazing! The staff here are what keep us coming back. Hope for Erin or Anastasia to check you in. They are both so helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind and make you feel right at home. The entire staff is competent and efficient. If you need any recommendations in the area, they can point you in the right direction. There is a full restaurant and a coffee/sandwich shop. Bri and Euna make great grab-and-go sandwiches. The rooms are all very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed, complete with wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave. The common area just past the front desk is humongous and is perfect for a large group gathering. This place is simply wonderfull!
My biggest concern at Hyatt Regency Green Bay was the upper-floor railing/barrier. If you are afraid of heights or traveling with children or teenagers, I would be careful booking the 5th floor or above make sure to ask at the front desk. Looking down from the higher floors felt very scary, and the barrier did not feel as secure or tall as it should. I really hope the hotel takes action on this as soon as possible.
Miguel at the front desk was amazing. He was helpful on the phone before I arrived, and later checked me in with a smile. He was professional, kind, and made my entire stay better. Miguel is amazing
Erin did a great job and made us feel like a valuable customer. She helped us with parking as the facility parking lot was completely full. She offered advice on our dinner plans and invited us to the bar when we returned. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
Great location, has covered parking (which was great for the severe weather on our rental), staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The manager even came up to greet us and was very warm and welcoming. Hotel has great charm to it, rooms were nice and tidy with everything in working condition, no weird smells. Pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were nice. Also had a little splash pad for my child so great for families!! Noise level was ok. Only downside was a bit of a walk with all our heavy luggage from hotel to Skywalk and no continental breakfast. Otherwise, I would recommend this place and definitely stay here again!
An average hotel that charges you $12 to park even though you are staying there!!! I think there are better options in Green Bay. Bathrooms need to be updated.
Not what we expected from a Hyatt Hotel. Location is right off an extremely busy road. Property is running down. Mold and peeling paint in bathroom. Hotel also had an complete open area in the middle where rooms faced an open noisy atrium and sound echoed throughout the hotel. I also felt the balconies that faced the atrium felt dangerous. I dont recommend this Hotel. Try something else.
The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. Staff on-site was helpful, but my main concern was that I called to make the reservation, and there were major pain points that were not clearly communicated. I was told I would have a river view, that breakfast was included, and they took my email as a World of Hyatt member. When I arrived, I found out I had a view of a parking lot, breakfast was not included, and my email was entered incorrectly, so I never had email confirmation. The hotel itself was nice enough, but a word of warning: do not call to make a reservation.
The beds are amazing and the place is very elegant. Rooms are bigger then expected. Pool area was great. Food was great and staff were very friendly.
This location is old and needs a complete renovation. The furniture is old and dinged up and the carpeting everywhere is from the 80's maybe? (being kind). I had to go there for a conference but I wouldn't stay there, just to stay there, in it's current condition. I will say the staff we encountered during our 5 days there were great and that's a big plus in my book, especially Jenny our server in the restaurant/bar.
She's been there for 32 years and in my opinion, they're lucky to have her. We all enjoyed her sense of humor and genuine care for the customer, Way to go Jenny!
HVAC wasn't controllable in the room, it was either off (per front desk) or sounded likes a jet engine pumping freezing air into Room 230-two choices I was told, bottom sheet was too small for the bed and mostly in a knot under me both nights.
Erin and Anastasia who worked at the desk were professional and VERY helpful! They answered all my questions with a smile.
The room made me question whether it was cleaned and taken care of. The air wouldn't drop below 69 degrees. The bathtub drain was a slow drain, so I stood in water during my showers. There was hair attached to the ceiling. The lampshade between the beds was broken and the dust buildup behind the nightstand was gross.
I was welcomed upon arrival. My room was super clean. The hotel is a bit dated, but it is well-kept. There is a coffee shop onsite and I received a free drink of my choice with my stay. The pool was nice and so was the gym. I felt safe traveling by myself there.
lovely facility, interior of the building reminded me of the french quarter in New Orleans. Clean, spacious suite, outstanding service making a person feel comfortable, safe, and appreciated while also being environmentally conscious! thank you!
Rooms were not clean. Bathroom counter did not look like it was cleaned in months. Had harden crusty dust in the corners. Small bugs found in the counter where the towels were located. Carpet was soaking wet in the bedroom. I would assume the previous guest had the patio door open all night during a rainstorm. There was also no lock on the patio door. Anyone on that floor could have crawled over the balcony and came into my room. Floors throughout the facility are dirty and stained. Don't plan on eating in the restaurant. Service was beyond slow.
