- the bed was much too small (in the width)
- only a sheet to cover is not enough, it was too cold at night - couldn't sleep- there should have been a quilt. There was only a spare blanket in the cupboard
- breakfast was not really of good value, the sweet offer 🙃 and the pancake tasted weirdly

В целом всё отлично. Отель аккуратный и чистый, расположение хорошее. В день моего приезда на ресепшене работал пожилой мужчина — он был очень любезен, приветлив и готов помочь.
Единственный момент, который стоит учитывать: если вам нужно добраться от отеля аэропорта, лучше заранее продумать маршрут. Вызвать такси в этом районе оказалось практически невозможно. Единственный доступный вариант, который я нашёл, добраться пешком до железнодорожного вокзала и уже оттуда продолжить поездку. Поэтому мне пришлось выехать примерно за три часа до вылета, чтобы не рисковать опоздать.
В остальном впечатления от отеля очень хорошие. Чисто, аккуратно, комфортно, и персонал оставил приятное впечатление.

I would like to sincerely thank Pietro from the hotel staff for his incredible help and dedication. After checking out, I realized I had left my personal belongings in the room, including a travel sash of immense sentimental value with which I have visited about one hundred countries worldwide. Pietro personally took care of finding the lost item and arranging a secure shipment to my address. Such guest care and top-tier professionalism deserve the highest recognition. The stay at the hotel was wonderful, and the staff proved to be exceptional. I recommend this place with all my heart.

Vorrei ringraziare di cuore Pietro dello staff dell'hotel per il suo incredibile aiuto e la sua dedizione. Dopo il check-out, mi sono accorto di aver lasciato in camera i miei effetti personali, tra cui una fascia da viaggio di immenso valore sentimentale con cui ho visitato circa cento paesi in tutto il mondo. Pietro si è occupato personalmente di ritrovare l'oggetto smarrito e di organizzare una spedizione sicura al mio indirizzo.
