Good overall but some rooms facing street can be noisy at night
Pros:

Well situated just next to Nyugati train station and metro, with a decent size and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped. The breakfast had everything I needed, not exceptional but very decent and good food. Overall I would be very satisfied if it wasn’t for the street noise

Cons:

Don’t accept rooms 101 to around 110 if you want to sleep well. They are on the first floor facing the street and Nyugati train station. It’s extremely noisy all night with ambulances blasting their sirens and I could hear bass sounds from somewhere around, between 11pm and until at least 3am. I’m quite sensitive to bass sounds so I had to put brown noise on my computer + earplugs to be able to sleep. Staff refused to change my room unless I paid extra after discussing on booking. Then they tried to call me but I was out of town and when I came back around 6pm after pushing again they said it was too late to change anyway. I’m sure rooms facing the back side of the building are much quieter (small street)

easy access to transport

Cons:

As we had an early flight on Monday, our taxi collected us at 5:15am. At reception that morning, I requested tea and coffee as we were unable to take the breakfast we had already paid for. Despite this, I was charged for the tea together with a service charge. I find this unacceptable considering that the three of us had paid for breakfast but could not avail ourselves of it due to our early departure. Had our flight been later in the day, we would of course have taken the breakfast.

Additionally, there was no kettle provided in the room, nor were shower caps available.

Our room was located on the 4th floor, where the ceiling was slanting. The only way to cover the window was by using a motorised blind, which caused a complete blackout, making it impossible to realise when it was morning. Furthermore, due to the sloping ceiling, accessing the bed required bending down to avoid hitting one’s head, which was quite uncomfortable.

Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα και προσεγμένα σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια.Πεντακάθαρο,μεγάλο δωμάτιο με ωραία θέα.Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό,τόσο στο πρωινό όσο και στην υποδοχή .Το πρωινό φανταστικό με μεγάλη ποικιλία σε καθημερινή βάση !Τα αρνητικά σχόλια για θόρυβο από τα μέσα συγκοινωνίας μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο ,πραγματικά δεν υφίστανται.Είμαστε 2 ζευγάρια και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι!!Ο χώρος για αποθήκευση αποσκευών (επειδή η πτήση μας έφευγε αργά το βράδυ)ήταν το κερασάκι στην τούρτα!Σας ευχαριστούμε για την τόσο όμορφη διαμονή που μας προσφέρατε!!!Συνεχίστε έτσι T62!!!!
