Perfect hotel

Perfect. The location is good. The transport is close you can go everywhere. 15 min by foot to the center. The breakfast was really good had a lot of things. The room was clean every day. I’ve been a lot of times to Budapest I and I love the hotel.

Could be better
Pros:

The location is excellent, as it is literally next to the train station, metro and tram. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a quirky style. The food is good and has a reasonable amount of choices.

Cons:

The soundproofing of our room was unacceptable. It appears that our room was connected to the one next to it as inside there was a door which of course was locked. The issue with this however was that at night time we could hear everything that was happening on the room connected to ours. This includes, talking, phone videos and even the TV. This was happening late at night and we were unable to sleep. Of course I do not blame the people in the room next to us as they were not doing anything wrong. I was particularly unhappy with the fact that nothing changed even though we spoke to staff about the issue.

Good value and easily accessible to the rest of the city
Pros:

Great hotel for the price in the Pest section of the city. Very close to tramways and metro stop, so easily accessible to the rest of the city. Front desk is very helpful in finding information and helping to organize day trips and thermal bath use.
