The property itself is beautiful and serene.
Rooms are not well maintained (both plugs on either side of the bed did not work. No mirror in washroom. Lots of caterpillars and insects. One meal (Sunday night was excellent), but most meals were unimpressive. Not enough healthy choices. No fresh fruit for breakfast.

The property could use some remodeling, but the setting, food, and staff make you quickly forget all but how lovely it is to be there.
The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. I really appreciated the chef on the 1st and 2nd days—he was polite and exceptionally skilled at cooking. On the 3rd and 4th days, there was another chef who was also very good.
The hotel has an amazing property—lush greenery, impeccable cleanliness, and mesmerizing views. I wish I could have stayed there for months! The staff was friendly and incredibly cooperative, making our stay truly memorable.
On the last day of our stay, they hosted a dinner outside the building, which was such a touching and memorable gesture. Thank you so much for your hard efforts in making our stay so special. We will definitely return!
Peaceful and relaxing!!!
It was so peaceful, out of the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff were kind and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Birds singing all day! We felt so welcome!
The showers were hard to manage in terms of getting a good temperature- we could not work out how to get more cold water. The basins had only cold water and no plugs so we couldn’t run a basin of warm water to shave, wash hair, etc.

The wifi was a bit unreliable--very common for this area. Someday perhaps they can have StarLink as an independent internet service--I believe customers would pay extra for this.

Breakfast set out for us on the lawns. Friendliest staff who more than catered for our every need. Comfortable beds, and the best was when hot water bottles were delivered to our rooms on the first night.
