La habitación no estaba preparada, tuvieron que asignarme otra, la cual tampoco estaba tan limpia. Por razones del viaje tuve que extender mi estadía en el front desk nos dieron una tarifa y al llegar en la tarde a pagar la tarifa era mucho más alta, luego no tenían sistema me dijeron que llamarían, pero luego llegó un guardia muy agresivo a la habitación para decirme que tenía que ir a pagar. (Yo lo sabía pero no era necesaria tanta agresividad cuando era culpa del hotel no tener sistema)

Cons:

Pire expérience que j’ai vécu dans un hôtel. Nous avons dû partir car des cafards partout, l’hôtel devait nous rembourser, nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse depuis que nous avons rendu les clés. Pourtant la personne de l’accueil nous avait confirmé nous rembourser et s’est excusé pour ce désagrément. Mais depuis l’hôtel fait le mort, plus aucun contact ni remboursement. Nous avons donc payé une chambre dont nous n’avons pas pu profiter car insalubre.

Después del segundo día sentía mal olor en el cuarto
La llave de la habitación se bloqueaba todos los días y teniamos que ir a que la desbloquearan en recepción
Encontramos 2 cucas pequeñas
Había mucho ruido en el segundo nivel
No contestaron mi petición de salir más tarde de la habitación a pesar que iba a pagar más y que lo dije con tiempo de anticipación

Avoid Travelodge in Bakersfield:
Pros:

Old hotel that desperately needs an update. Extremely rude staff and apparently can’t even use their own systems properly. The property sent me a text after I booked it through Priceline. Then, they claimed that they couldn’t find the reservation until I showed it to them, then claimed that since I’m not handicapped, they would have to put me in a different room at a different rate. That’s the room Priceline gave me at the agreed upon rate. I stood my ground and they checked me in - two hours after I arrived. They wouldn’t let me wait in the lobby. They made me sit outside in the heat. If I ever come to Bakersfield again, I’ll find somewhere else to stay…

Fiz a reserva pelo booking,na hora do check in a proprietária informou que o quarto que eu tinha reservado e já estava pago não tinha mais disponível, fiquei muito chateado e solicitei o cancelamento e ela informou que não tinha reembolso e caso eu quisesse teria que pagar U$20 à mais,e ela informou o Booking é que errou em reservar um quarto que não estava disponível e que eu deveria reclamar com o Booking.com.
Tive que aceitar e passar por humilhação e arrogância da proprietária.
Me estranhou que mesmo com várias solicitações de minha esposa o nosso quarto não foi limpo.
Falei que não era certo pagar U$20 à mais ,e falou que o erro foi do Booking e que eu teria que me acertar com vocês.Posso comprovar caso queiram com os recibos e faço questão de reaver os U$20,fui lesado.
Mediante só ocorrido,a minha avaliação é péssima em todos aspectos.
Gostaria de que vcs verificassem o reembolso dos U$20.
Vcs tem meu histórico como cliente,nunca passei por tanto humilhação,da proprietária até a mulher da limpeza que desprezou minha esposa
