Charming stay in Ispica
Pros:

The room was situated in a beautifully restored period house near the historic centre. It was exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable. Aldo, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and always available should we need anything, we had a really lovely chat with him. Even in winter, the property is so well insulated that we didn't need to turn on the heating; the duvet was perfectly enough for a comfortable night's sleep. For those who need to cook, the kitchen was very well equipped with practically everything you might need, including a moka coffee maker. A quiet and comfortable place to stay in Ispica.

Cons:

We would have appreciated a kettle for making tea, and perhaps some soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. There were two small shampoo bottles provided but no soap. I'd also suggest adding some plants to the balcony to provide a bit more screening from the neighbouring building.

Un bon bon
Pros:

Posizione vicino a tutti i monumenti di Ispica. Il sig.Aldo è stato troppo carino. Ci ha lasciato un appartamento più grande di quello prenotato, visto che era disponibile. La struttura è molto accogliente e ristrutturata di recente.

pleasant quiet with good host
Pros:

spacious, nice decor, not far from center, lots of parking on the street, great host, quiet

Cons:

no washing machine and no close by laundry. not so convenient for food shopping, not really in shopping area.

nice place overall
Pros:

apartment very big, close to ispica main square. the bathroom also very big. the bed was very comfortable. coffee pods always available was very appreciated; Air conditioning was working well.

Cons:

1) it’s Ispica, so not many restaurant in walking distance
2) cleaning was not done every day although, being an apartment it was probably not expected to be, as mop and stuff were available; however towels were not changed (3 nights) but to be fair we also didn’t ask. also no courtesy bathroom set was provided
3) tv was not working properly but this is a minor shortcoming
