Gutes 3*** Hotel mit bequemen Betten an toller Lage. Würden wir erneut buchen.
Pros:

Tolle lage und ruhig! Sehr bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Kleines Bad, Teppichboden, keine Minibar (ich weiss das ist kein Muss bei 3***) und etwas zu teuer.

Horrible, there are thieves among staffs.

Cons:

Nice place and clean but my advice to others to be very careful. Someone from staff hold of my bank details and try to use it but my bank declined purchases of £18.46. Then to my surprise, I was going to out when I was approached by a member of staff and accusing of stealing a bottle of wine. I was protesting my innocence but she was convinced that it was me. When I confronted her to prove it she showed me a black man working around the reception area which doesn’t even resemble me I was furious and requested her to call the police if she was trustful but refused. My friend called the police and they came quickly. The police examined the footage and concluded that individual doesn’t look like and asked me if I wanted to continue staying or leave. I said I don’t feel safe and I left for different Hotel. She ruined my stay and compiling a complaint against that staff member who didn’t apologise sincerely.

Not a clean Room and for the price, I felt cheated.

The only thing I liked was the location. It was closed to the train station and to the little old town.

Cons:

The carpets had stains. They looked so dirty that I did not wanted to step on the carpet bare footed. Inside our room was bad as well as the entrance to the elevator. Also, the room was extremely small. I informed booking the second day because I am a customer and I rarely ever complain but this hotel was very expensive and I thought I would be a nice hotel due to the high price. I never paid so much. To me this hotel was more like a 2 star close to a 1 star for the cleanness. In the lobby I also heard another couple that they wanted to switch hotels. At the end, when I complained to booking and to an agent at the hotel, they gave us a little bag with a bottle and chocolate. I thought this was nice but we should had gotten some money back, at least a night.
