Gute Klimaanlage (es war sehr heiß!)
Tolle Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt
Alles sehr sauber
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet
Man hat eine Wasserflasche, die man beliebig oft wieder auffüllen kann.
Platz, um Fahrräder abzustellen
Sehr freundliches Personal
Auch spätes check-in möglich

Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms, with good sized bathroom.
Staff very welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was of good quality and wide range of produce.

Cons:

The shower wasn't a stand-in and made washing under it more awkward.

Pros:

The facilities were excellent, the room was clean, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices and some nice local specialties.

Cons:

one staff member handled my issue quite unprofessionally. She kept stopping to check in other guests, leaving me waiting for about 30 minutes. In the end, I had to remind her that I was there first before she continued helping me. She also seemed to have trouble understanding my request and kept repeating the same points. I think she would benefit from some additional training, especially in communication and prioritising tasks. Based on this experience, I don’t think she was ready to manage the front desk on her own.

Comfortabele, correcte kamer en een heerlijk ontbijt op een toplacatie.
Pros:

Het ontbijtbuffet was enorm uitgebreid, en het was elke dag verschillend.

Cons:

Er was geen douche-scherm of douche-gordijn, dus de badkamervloer werd overal nat bij het douchen.
