Klasse Aufenthalt, äußerste Zufriedenheit.
Pros:

Frühstück hervorragend. Schönes Zimmer (Suite). Super Lage gegenüber vom Bahnhof und nahe der Innenstadt.
Toller Service, unserer Enkeltochter hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Durch eine kurzfristige Umbuchung gab es beim einchecken Probleme mit der Software ( oder Falscheingabe des Personals?) bezüglich der Kreditkarten-Zahlung ( Zimmer wurde als nicht bezogen gebucht). Der Fauxpas konnte zusammen mit der Rezeption und Booking.com dann behoben werden. Erhielten dafür ein Upgrade zur Suite, Ende gut, alles gut.

Wirklich tolles Haus aber Achtung wegen grüner Umweltplankette
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in Top Lage,superfreundliches Personal,megaleckeres Frühstück,sehr gute Betten,sehr angenehmes Ambiente,Hop in Hop Off Bus direkt vor dem Hotel,schöne wenn auch nicht billige Garage

Cons:

Klimaanlage in der Nacht nicht abschaltbar,was etwas unangenehm ist.
ACHTUNG man braucht eine Umweltplakette am Auto wenn man nach Leipzig hinein und damit zum Hotel fahren will,sonst 100 Euro Strafe!Diese bekommt man nur außerhalb von Leipzig bei Werkstätten und KFZ Prüfstellen!!!

Would stay again
Pros:

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The beds were comfy and not overly soft. The shower had decent water pressure and the rooms were a comfortable size.
The gym had a good selection of equipment, with water and additional towels provided.
The design of the hotel is modern and appealing - I was able to sit in the lobby after checkout and work comfortably for a while. Location was fantastic - I could see Hbf from the window.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn't great - in the room, most surfaces had stains (counters, carpet, chair) - though these were moreso in the surfaces, rather than on them (ie - less easily cleaned).
The mugs in the room were unwashed and the gym equipment felt somewhat 'sticky'.
The soap and shower gel had a very high alcohol content and stung on small cuts. It was painful when a bit got in my eye.

While breakfast was nice, the protein options for vegans was rather limited. Vegan sausages or beans, even on request, would be a welcome addition.

Pros:

Es hat einfach alles gepasst vom Personal bis zum Frühstück,auch die Zimmer wurden hervorragend gereinigt.
Wir können nur weiter empfehlen 👍

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, ob zum Bahnhof oder auch den Shopping Möglichkeiten, sowohl als auch die direkte Möglichkeit zu einer Stadtrundfahrt direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Frische Brötchen wären toll, aber ansonsten alles top.

Alles bestens. Frühstück super, unser Zimmer war schön groß und Lage zum Bahnhof optimal.

Zimmer bedenklich
Pros:

Gute Lage an der Autobahn für eine Zwischenübernachtung

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sauber, nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt vor allem das Bad.
Blutflecken in der Bettwäsche. Habe ich erst Abends gemerkt als Rezeption schon zu war. Habe im Schlafsack übernachtet. Morgens drauf hingewiesen. Versprochene Reaktion blieb bisher aus.
