Buen hotel junto a Santa Lucía
Pros:

Buen hotel NH junto a la estación de tren y cerca del área de autobuses y taxis de Venecia. Como suele pasar en Venecia, fabulosa área de recepción que luego no se ve correspondida por el tamaño y nivel de conservación de las habitaciones. El personal fue siempre atento y dispuesto a responder a todas nuestras preguntas.

Cons:

El estado de la habitación era correcto pero no estaba a la altura de las estrellas del hotel. La pintura se estaba pelando en las vigas del techo y el cuarto de baño era exageradamente grande en comparación con el dormitorio, podrían haber hecho una distribución mejor. El armario también era muy pequeño para 2 personas. En resumen, mucho espacio desaprovechado que desmerecía de la calidad esperada.

A fantastic hotel in a great location
Pros:

A fantastic hotel situated just a few steps from Santa Lucia train station. Beautiful interiors, comfortable and luxurious but with sensible price tag. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide range of food and drinks. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room overlooked the street and although it didn't bother us, being close to the station it might be too noisy for some. (Closing the window deafened any sound)

Posizione ottima, non ho fatto la colazione in hote, staff super disponibile e gentile, l'unico problema era il termosifone del bagno che non funzionava, ma subito lo staff si è attivato per valutare se era possibile risolvere.

Petite suggestion: un distributeur de boissons serait pratique

Cons:

Seule chose mais dont l'hôtel n'est pas responsable est le pont depuis la piazzale de Roma qui n'est absolument pas facile avec des valises ( une cinquantaine de marches sur une parois en verre glissant par temps de pluie)alors que bus et taxis s'y arrêtent....un pont récent pourtant, dommage de ne pas avoir pensé à l'équiper pour l'entrée dans Venise!!!!Et donc des " porteurs " avec chariot qui demandent 10 € pour passer vos valises...
Le prochain séjour dans Venise on choisira un hôtel du côté opposé afin de ne plus avoir de valise pour passer ce pont..dommage...

Pros:

המלון נמצא בבניין היסטורי, כמה צעדים מתחת רכבת ומחתנות מעבורת. זה מצד אחד מאוד נוח לא להיסחף עם המזוודות ומצד שני לא פוגע באווירה של העיר. יש מעלית. חדרים גדולים, ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה.

Pros:

The best spot to stay in Venice, as it is steps aways from the train station (no having to carry luggage through bridges). Very beautiful and antique looking facilities. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, despite not being near main attractions. Very close to water taxi stations that take you to must see spots, yet also walking distance to all.
