We are firm NH fans after this long trip around Italy! We have stayed in both the collezione and standard hotels. This hotel is gorgeous and the location right next to the train station is perfect! We were stoked not to have to consider carrying our bags up any of the millions of steps in the rest of Venice. Staff were wonderful as always in NH, especially one beautiful lady at breakfast who was so sweet with my son (sorry we didn't get her name!) There's a very pretty hidden garden at the back and its really like a little oasis.
No notes x (Rooms actually nicer than they look in the pics IMO, they're smallish but that size is to be expected at this price point in Venice)

واجهة مشكله مع الشفت في الليل وصول الساعة 11 مساء الحجز غرفتين عند الوصول اتضح ان الحجز غرفه مفردة طلب الموظف دفع ضعف المبلغ في بوكنق إضافي لتعديل الحجز تم الرفض وحجز غرفه جديد ثالثه ولكن اتضح تعامل عنصري وهو عدم السماح لنا باتمام الحجز والسبب لم يتم استلام المبلغ من بوكنق مع العلم ان بوكنق خصم كامل المبلغ ولكن الغرض هو التأخير والضغط لإلغاء الحجز والحجز مباشره من الفندق وبعد الاتصال على الخط الساخن لخدمات بوكنق تم التواصل مع الفندق والإجابة هي لا يوجد مشكله يمكن تسجيل الدخول بعد الانتظار أكثر من ساعه علما ان الموظف طلب منا الانتظار خارج الفندق إلى حين حل المشكلة لدواعي أمنية
تقييم الفندق هذا تصرف شخصي من الموظف ولكن موافقه الفندق على هذا الإجراء فيه ضرر للمسافر
يمكن حجز فندق افضل وخيارات افضل بنفس السعر
الغرف اقل من عاديه صغيره لا تتوفر فيها مثلا ماكينه قهوه أو أي محتويات ماء مثلا
تعامل الموظفين مقبول نهار فقط
الموقع ممتاز ولكن يوجد خيارات افضل لا انصح باختيار هذا الفندق لأسباب كثيره
Location was excellent. Convenient to train station and to sights. Room was fairly large and quiet. And breakfast was very good. Valentina at the front/concierge desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave us very good advice regarding places to go and restaurants to eat at. We would like to thank her very much!
The carpet in the room was old and dark.

no tenia desayuno en la tarifa, el tema del ascensor que estuvo malo igual fue un poco complicado, había otro ascensor pero llegaba a un punto medio y había que subir las maletas. pero el hotel es lo que necesitábamos y estuvo muy bien la habitación

Our stay at NH Venezia Santa Lucia was very enjoyable overall. The hotel's biggest advantage is its outstanding location. It is in a safe area, just steps from the Santa Lucia train station, close to the vaporetto (water bus) stops, and within walking distance of many of Venice's best shopping streets and attractions. This made getting around the city extremely convenient.
The hotel was very clean, both in the guest rooms and throughout the common areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive, and communication before and during our stay was excellent.
The only drawback was the room size. We traveled as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), but the hotel does not offer family rooms, so we had to reserve two separate rooms. While the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, having a family room option would have made the stay much more convenient and cost-effective for families.
It was very convenient coming in on the train. A very short walk. Easy access to the water buses of Venice, and an easy walk to many shops and sights.

The first room we were offered was not what we expected. We were impressed that staff stepped up and moved us pretty quickly to a much better room. The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was decent and the location was superb.
Not giving advance notice regarding having to use the stairs (which were too steep for me).
