Great value and clean hotel in a great location! The drink vouchers we were given were a lovely surprise!
Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel, very central. Our suite had a kitchenette which was a bonus.

Overall, the stay was excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast and barista coffee was excellent. Gym facilities were great, location was spot on and staff very friendly.
Parking instructions were very helpful and easy to follow.

Cons:

The bed was too soft for my liking and I would prefer a shower where you don’t need to step in to a bath.

Our stay was fair ,we enjoyed breakfast , just disappointed with some of the things in our room not up to scratch .
Pros:

Easy access to lots of attractions

Cons:

Bad squeak on bathroom door . Leaky tap in bathroom sink .very tired stained around tapwear . Fire doors were locked couldn’t get to lifts ( either side ) . Tv volume kept coming and going .

Pros:

Staff are great and super friendly.

Cons:

The hotel overall was good, but there were some things that could be improved. The pillows are rock hard and super uncomfortable. The room service food was ok - the Margherita pizza was basically undercooked dough with half a block of cheese melted on top, with a couple of tomatoes slices sprinkled in. There were also items left off a few of the dishes. The coffee is also average.
