We just had a special few days!
Pros:

Thursday night Riski the waiter at Harry’s Bar and Restaurant gave us lovely appropriate and impressive service. He was not on Friday night and the service was not special. The other front desk staff were lovely thoughtful including walking out into the cold and wet to show me where I could buy coffee! Fab!

Pros:

Friendly staff on checking in, they were very helpful to help in anyway. It was our anniversary and they left a lovely card in our room with cake, we also got a late checkout. The pool area was wonderful after dark because you can see the stars.

Comfortable bed, quite for the location and well-appointed room.

Cons:

There are two ducts in the room that require cleaning of dust. Air extraction in bathroom, the grill is covered in dust and the outlet (above) in the cloth's cupboard / storage had a lot of dust and lint stuck to the vane. Chrome casting feature to the TV in the room didn't work.
