Pros:

Good location, comfortable bed

Cons:

It was not very clean. The couch bed had food in it when you pulled the couch bed out the mattress was disgusting. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. It was like it was left over from the weekend. The biscuits were harder than a rock.

I like the convenience and location.

Cons:

When you walk in the lobby the door is broke, so you have to pull it open. The breakfasts was awful! The biscuits were like bricks, there was no milk, it was like it was left over from the weekend. When we got to our room, went to pull out the couch bed and the mattress was stained and there was food all in the couch and on the bed!!! There was no sheets or anything. There was a funky smell in the room. I was just not impressed. The only thing I can say was the bed was very comfortable.

Wouldn’t stay again, I’ve never seen an unkempt place like this.

Cons:

You had to manually push the automatic doors to enter the property with your hands to open and then we had to close them(meaning they were out of service). The elevators were broken. Room was dirty, bed comforters had stains, there was a human fingernail on the bed sheet when we peeled back the comforter. There was mold on the curtains by the ac unit. Shower floor was dirty, hair in the shower. A long water stain on the ceiling, and a damp smell. The front desk also couldn’t find the reservation for more than 20 min.

Cameron at the front desk was especially helpful & accomodating!

Cons:

The front sliding doors had some damage or maybe were out of order - not the best curb appeal, but inside the lobby was fine!

Disappointed. Will not return.
Pros:

Friendly staff and good location

Cons:

The carpet in between the beds has several pieces of gum and the towels in the bathroom smelled awful.
The pool was advertised as indoor, however the windows aren’t windows and the Poole was literally freezing. My husband was in the pool for approximately five minutes and couldn’t feel his toes due to them being cold. The indoor pool was the main reason we chose this particular hotel.
The breakfast had cold sausages, cold biscuits, cold gravy, and rubbery eggs. You couldn’t eat the fruit as it was bruised and unwashed.
