Es algo típico de Canadá, los cargos que te hacen antes de entrar, y que tardan en devolverte, de varios hoteles que cogimos, este fue el más tardó en devolverlo, y fue la misma tarjeta en todos

Good accommodation
Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable, location is good, lot of restaurants nearby, also staffs are helpful.

Cons:

The bathtub is a bit slippery, I almost slipped a few times

Comfortable and convenient short stay.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious (breakfast and dinner). I appreciated the 24 hour coffee available at the snack bar in the lobby. The choice of a toy for my child at check-in was a nice surprise and very appreciated.

Cons:

Temperature control in the rooms could have been better - without windows that open to let fresh air in, it was a little stuffy. Access to channels on the room tv was accessible if you already hold an account with the particular app (Netflix, Disney, etc.). It would be nice if this was included in the price of the room.

Nice, central and good option
Pros:

In general it is a comfortable, polite and all-needed facility. Staff (reception, room cleaning and restaurants are soooo friendly, kind and helpful) Nearly every demand will be fulfilled

Cons:

While the room size is efficient, the space is somewhat dimly lit. Additionally, the gym could benefit from a reorganization.

Although the heater needed servicing, the staff were quick to respond and conscientious about our comfort.

Good location for my purposes.

Cons:

Heater did not work. Needed to be fixed twice.
