Cons:

Good Afternoon. I recently stayed at the Doubletree Hilton in Toronto for one night. Upon arrival and check-in I was told by the front desk staff member that my stay included free breakfast. I told him that I booked through Booking.com, and he still assured me that breakfast for two people was included because of my gold status regardless. Upon going down for breakfast the following morning I was told that I was not on a list, and would not be receiving breakfast even though I was told otherwise

Excellent service
Pros:

I stayed for 2 days with my family. A receptionist welcomed with his smile and gave the delicious welcome cookies ,which my son loved it. A room was clean and cozy, buffet foods were great. It was excellent experience to stay. I would like to stay again if I have a chance .

Great hotel, horrible breakfast
Pros:

Room and amenities were great, price was decent, however just skip the breakfast. They pressured us to have the buffet to the point where they suggested we look at it to see if we're interested and then took our menus while we were looking. As soon as we got our orange juice, the waiter spilled a cup all over the table. We had to ask multiple times for cream for our coffee, didn't have cutlery and the food in the buffet was mid at best. The eggs were wet and overcooked, there were no pancakes, the waiter had said that there were which influenced us to get the buffet. It was just all around a disaster and cost quite a bit. Definitely not worth the $32 per person
