Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und wir würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen und auch selbst wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Personal. Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für eine Städtetour.

Fantastic! We will be back!
Pros:

The location was perfect for walking all around the city. The welcome cookies were AMAZING!!! Neat to see the personalized welcome on the TV. I wish we could buy the Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo. It melted amazing!

Cons:

The garage was a little tight getting in and out of but we didn’t hardly use our car. We walked everywhere. So it didn’t matter too much.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff good throughout -got a very early check-in. Good location though adjacent Nathan Phillips Sq does have rough sleepers.

Cons:

Price £414 for one night was ridiculous (but its TIFF so i get supply and demand). Bathroom (room 1202) was fairly basic and quite small.

Pros:

The room was good and clean. Location perfect concerning what we wanted to do and see. Very good public transport connections. Underground and Tram stations were nearby.

Cons:

The Breakfast room was overcrowded and the service badly organized. Coffee and juice was very poor quality.

Very clean, but a bit small and boring for the cost.
Pros:

They checked us in to a room early, which was great. The location was very close to Massey Hall for the show I was going to, so that was nice, too.

Cons:

The noise from the hallway was a bit excessive and there were alls sorts of little noises in the room all night long. The parking garaga was TIGHT.

Tajar was Exceptional
Pros:

Tajar was incredibly personal and professional!

Dinner was great, my pertnervsaid itbwas the gest puzza he's ever had. Breakfast was expensive, but delicious.
Rooms were clean. Little market is a great convenience. It was our first flight EVER, and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Could have used more towels, but I'm certain it was just a phone call away!
