Relaxing, so comfortable and amazing staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with so many amenities. Amazing fresh warm chocolate chip walnut cookies given on check-in-such a nice touch. Bed and pillows so comfortable. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was lovely!

I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location in Toronto ,walkable distance to most places that we wanted to visit.
Bed was comfortable and room pleasant.
Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very late check in which wasn't a problem.

Cons:

Nothing, good experience.

Salle de bains à revoir

L'emplacement proche du centre-ville et la qualité de la literie.

Cons:

La salle de bain..... c,est la première fois que je dois me tenir a la barre de la douche pour ne pas tomber. Il n'y en fait qu'une baignoire en plastique dont le fond ... bouge. Le plastique est tellement fin que vous avez l'impression de vous tenir debout sur un sol mouvant. Cela desserre l'image que j'avais des Hilton (plusieurs séjours déjà effectués dans le monde.

Petit déjeuner correct sans plus

decent service, clean but small and poorly laid out room

Very weird room layout. Open the door to the room then you walk 25 feet down a hall before turning and seeing the actual room. lots of waster square footage and considering the room was small and tight it was not appreciated,

Lovely staff and perfect place
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had an issue in my room in the middle of the night, and they were really helpful nd gave me another room to sleep i until the issue was fixed. They also gave me a breakfast token as compensation and the breakfast was great.
The room was nice - the receptionist tried to find me the best one which was so sweet. And the location was ideal for being right in the middle of things.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little bit dates and felt like it could do with a few upgrade. The windows in my room were a bit dirty and rickety.

Excelente hotel em Toronto
Pros:

Quarto com bom espaço, limpo e silencioso.

Cons:

O cafe da manha é bom mas faltam algumas coisas, leite quente por exemplo (tem mas so se vc solicita).
