Courtyard by Marriott St. Cloud

Clean and great location. Friendly staff

A little tricky to find but a great hotel. Clean rooms and really nice staff. I needed a crib for my room and they were able to easily accommodate it.

Room was clean and had all the things I wanted. However, if you have a west facing room (towards the Red Carpet bar), late at night on the weekends you can hear everyone out and about.

Otherwise everything else way great and we didnt hear other patrons in the hotel which is always a plus.

Hotel is in a great location but I was a bit disappointed with this Courtyard. My room was not the cleanest and had mold There was dust from what appeared to be some recent work. There was ceiling paint on the wallls.
The bed is right next to the air conditioner so it blows on you all night. I'm highly allergic to mold and mildew so not ideal for me.
Staff was hit or miss - not the friendliest or most helpful.

We stayed one night for a concert at the Ledge. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and had lots of space. The room had everything we needed! We would stay again.

The front desk could have been friendlier, the ramp was free to park nights and weekends (we stayed a Friday night) but we were still charged to park in the ramp by the hotel. I feel for the price of the room the parking fee should be included.

Our rooms smelled of either mold or musty/wet smell. Paint spill on the walls. Only 1 garbage can. The carpet was dirty making our shoes, feet, socks black. TVs could be upgraded to smart tvs. We couldnt even watch 20 minutes of a show without the cable digitizing or pausing during it. The issues were brought up to the manager but no refund was offered. We only got an apology. This hotel doesnt offer free breakfast unless its 4 hours past breakfast and they have extra fresh fruit to get rid of.

Staff was rude/unprofessional, found a bug in my bed, conveniences were lacking (watered down body wash, no silverware in kitchenette, uncomfortable bed).

Rooms were very clean. Very accommodating with other family on same floor.

I booked a suite, that stated it was a split room with a rollout bed.
I booked that, paying an additional fee to a double bed, so my kids could sleep while I worked.
However the room was not as described. It was one room with one bed and a tiny couch! My son slept terribly on the couch and no extra sleeping for the kids! I paid extra and had yo deal with unnecessary inconveniences, we would have been better off saying less and getting a double bed! I also paid extra for breakfast, that was not provided either!
A total waste of $315!!!!

The staff was either evasive or dishonest….i paid for “breakfast included “ and at check in was told it was not….also at check in, immediately given a parking pass but not informed that there was a fee, even though I asked if it was free
Later in the evening, when I said that I checked and said I looked at my booking and breakfast was included, same FD staff said they could not tell me any info about that and that I should ask in the morning.
So…..in the morning, was told that I would get a “breakfast allowance of $10” which is less than the cost of anything on the menu.

It was good but outside noise was awful, slept very poorly due to loud noises and cars
