It was located directly off of the interstate.
Everything. We found debris and trash in our room. The smoke detector was put under the mattress. We had cigarette butts in between the mattress and found someone’s personal items. Hair all over. It smelled like mold and mildew. Very run down. The outside was not well kept either.
The room was old and worn out. The refrigerator did not work. Board slat that held the mattress stuck out six inches. Only one end table had a lamp. There was no plug near the end table. While the room did cool down the humidity in the room was incredibly high. The charged $196 for this room. I will never go to Baymont again. PS i travel for business and pleasure twice a month.
Nothing, was disgusting 🤮 Got the room key, went to the room, when I opened it thought someone was already using the room, tv was on beds looked like they been used, smelled of weed, definitely not cleaned, turds 💩 where in the toilet, immediately turned my key in and got a different hotel
Nothing, I have know idea how the health department lets this place stay open!!!!
Requested handicap room on first floor for my daughter who is on Oxygen and there for a lung transplant evaluation and the elevator did not work. They put us on the 3rd floor. Said they had no rooms on the first or second floor but there was not many people staying at the hotel.
Rooms were very small and beds uncomfortable.
Seemed like the people working there lived there with all their friends and family.
Elevator was not working no paper towel in the lobby bathroom

The size of the room was smaller than I had anticipated. I have a granddaughter that is disabled what she does not require disabled accommodations for wheelchair accessibility but she does need room to navigate with a bit of an unsteady gate or even a walker. I did not request this so..it was my fault but I've never had to request it before because usually the rooms aren't quite that small.
