Clean rooms and nice staff
Poor communication with the maid staff. They cleaned my room as if I had checked out when I had another night to stay and my clothes were gone lol. They did find them in the locked list and four the next day. The breakfast is super weak too, only waffles or dry cereal

I had the deposit held by hotel for 2 weeks and when I mentioned how much of an inconvenience it was to staff I was told sorry and then hung up on
It was clean the staff was fair.
There was no body soap i the room the ice machine was down. No towel in the pool and it need to stay open longer and the hot tub did not work and where was cold in both.
Close to interstate but quiet.

Being profiled and judged! I was asked for a 100 dollar deposit on top of already paying 80 some dollars in advance for the room. What? This is highly offensive! I may look like a rocker/biker, but I actually teach special education locally. So don't judge a book by its cover! This is the worst customer service I've ever received!!!! I will never stay at a days inn as long as I live!!!!

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent stay at a Days Inn property in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This hotel is advertised as “freshly remodeled,” however the room I was assigned was in unacceptable condition and did not match the description, photos, or reasonable brand standards.
The bathroom, in particular, was in very poor condition. The shower head was broken, making it difficult to use, and several fixtures appeared loose or improperly installed. There was visible deterioration including chipped paint, stained walls, grime around the tub, and general signs of long-term neglect. Parts of the bathroom appeared unsanitary and unsafe.
Additional issues included:
- Damaged and unstable ironing board
- Poorly maintained sink area with visible wear
- Loose wall-mounted fixtures
- Peeling paint and damaged surfaces
- Overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep
This room looked nothing like a recently remodeled space. The condition of the property significantly impacted comfort, safety, and the overall quality of the stay. It felt more like a neglected motel room than a Wyndham-branded hotel.
I chose this property based on Wyndham’s reputation and the advertised renovations, and I am extremely disappointed that the experience fell far below expected standards. This appears to be a clear case of misrepresentation.
I respectfully request that Wyndham Corporate review this property and provide appropriate compensation for this unsatisfactory stay. I would also appreciate confirmation that the issues will be addressed to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.
