Overall a decent stay for what you pay and you get more than a continental breakfast.
Pros:

For what you pay the breakfast was pretty decent and staff was helpful, room was overall comfortable and clean. Had an indoor pool that was convenient but felt more like a sauna. Wi-Fi worked pretty good.

Cons:

Had to change rooms upon arrival because bathroom vanity light was not working and new room TV would not connect to their streaming service, had to use our iPad to watch anything on the Wi-Fi, also found out later that the shower head came out like a fire hose that would literally wash the sin right off your body.

Close to food

Cons:

Location isn’t the best, staff was rude, have to pay $100 CASH only deposit, no ATM in lobby. Pool burns your eyes because of all the chemicals.

Worst place you could imagine
Pros:

I didn't stay over night I checked out 2 hours after I checked in the place was not healthy.

Cons:

The bed sheets had dried blood on them. The bed cover was covered in dog hair. There was a gap between the door and floor so you could see outside. There was a crust in the bathroom walls and ceiling. The carpet was not stretched to the walls and the floor trim was not on the walls. The pool area had cockroaches running all over the hot tub area.

Friendly, affordable, breakfast is plus and considering the location it’s not ever a bad stay! My only go to!
Pros:

The accommodations to make our stay possible bring I have a wheelchair bound child.

Cons:

The having to go back inn24 hrs after check out to get deposit back

The pool only

If they don’t put in the in bio on booking that you got give $100 deposit in cash and you also have to wait until after 9 AM so they could go to our room check so you could get your money back. the fire alarm went off. They were on for two hours straight the room. Our room was super small and the TV was leaning on the on the dresser it wasn’t on the wall mount.

I stayed 5 nights and was asked about turndown service on the last day.
Wifi network was reported as "caution, not secure" on my phone.
I forgot my phone charger when I checked out.

Great customer service.
Pros:

Got us in a little bit earlier than expected, hot tub, and awesome customer service.

Cons:

There was a bit of noise from some fireworks but that was from some random city folks and not under their control.

Would have been ok BUT they have issues with homeless people and transients in this area! Was noisy!

Noisy! There were people that were loud must have been having parties in their rooms with multiple people on their rooms. The police needed to be called at one point due to domestic disturbance! I told the manager that if we couldn't get a quiet area room the next time that we would NOT stay at the property again!
