Pros:

Don’t use booking.com ever again. They charged me a couple days before I arrived and then the hotel charged me again and I’m still fighting to get my money back three months later.

Pros:

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Jets for hottub weren’t working. And the pool could be a bit warmer. But I mean that’s a stretch. Everything was great.

Cons:

Was expecting a courtesy breakfast like all other Marriott locations we stayed at. Breakfast was over priced
and not good. Will probably stay at another location next time in Eugene.

Cons:

We expected a complimentary breakfast. We paid for breakfast and it was very expensive and not good. I paid $11 for a small breakfast sandwich that was awful. Even the coffee was expensive. My brothers, who were in another room paid for a breakfast bowl and did not eat it because it was not good.

Best in the area.
Pros:

Probably the best hotel in the area. Noisy on street side. Can’t be helped really. Beautiful area. No elevator to second story. Breakfast was good.

Pros:

Staff very friendly The hallway was were very cold and hard the maintain room temperature. Room 156 shower had dark color around the base of the shower floor ?? Mold not sure
