We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express probably 2 dozen times over the last two decades. Our extended family has stayed there for two family gatherings because of my recommendation. We appreciate the location, facilities and staff.
I was dismayed that the hotel recently changed its policy to remove in room coffee makers unless requested, stated in small print on a small sign. The new coffee brand was not as good as old one. We won’t stay there again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.
modern design, cleanliness, quality of fixtures and towels . It was very quiet and everything worked well.
The bedding was made too low, needed to be closer to the pillows.
Don’t use booking.com ever again. They charged me a couple days before I arrived and then the hotel charged me again and I’m still fighting to get my money back three months later.
Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.
Jets for hottub weren’t working. And the pool could be a bit warmer. But I mean that’s a stretch. Everything was great.

Motel & staff excellent. A lot of noise in room on bottom floor.
We expected a complimentary breakfast. We paid for breakfast and it was very expensive and not good. I paid $11 for a small breakfast sandwich that was awful. Even the coffee was expensive. My brothers, who were in another room paid for a breakfast bowl and did not eat it because it was not good.
Probably the best hotel in the area. Noisy on street side. Can’t be helped really. Beautiful area. No elevator to second story. Breakfast was good.

No free coffee in lobby or breakfast. But the listing did say breakfast, but did not say you had to pay for the breakfast or coffee.
