outstanding customer service
Pros:

Outstanding customer service. I called to see if I could get early check in and they accommodated my request after explaining guidelines. Very pleasant both night and day staff.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Expensive for what it was. Also a bottle of water was $5.00, pretty ridiculous when the rooms are already over $200 a night.

This was not a great stay. The room was smelly and woken up at 4 AM Sat night, loud people in hall

After a bit of a dispute with the lady at the front counter on Friday night, September 4, the two ladies that were working the next morning were very kind and helpful to resolve the issue from the night before.

Cons:

The lady that was working at the front counter Friday, September 4 in the evening was rude and said she could not give us a refund for the card. She gave us for the beer and wine tap that did not work. She saw that it was not working and said that we were being hard to get along with because we were asking for a refund.

Nice place to stay if traveling thru or to get away for a night from home Texas Roadhouse and a few other places are lit
