Cons:

I requested a late checkout and was verbally told by the front desk that 12:30 PM would be fine. The following morning, a different member of staff informed me there was no record of the arrangement and that checkout was strictly at noon. This kind of internal miscommunication is avoidable and creates unnecessary stress at departure. Any verbal agreement should be logged.
Room and corridors cleanliness must be improved.
The property also shows signs of age and could benefit from a refresh.

Decent hotel with a terrible shuttle service
Pros:

The room and beds were fine

Cons:

We called for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and were told where to wait and that the driver would pick us up in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later he showed up and when we approached the van and waited for him to come out, he drove off. After another 30 minutes and 4 calls to the hotel, we had to call for a Lyft. So $30 and 60 minutes later we finally made it to the hotel. No explanation was given for the shuttle mess nor barely an apology. A frustrating experience to be sure.

Good experience
Pros:

The location was convenient with 24 hr shuttle service. The hotel and room was clean. We were nervous about it due to other reviews but we had no issues. Stayed in room 223. There were no moldy or Marijuana smells. The noise level was very limited. Parking is convenient and decent rate to keep car on-site during travel. The bed was comfortable. The only downfall was there were no extra blankets for the sofa bed. However our son decided to snuggle with us in the king size bed. I'm sure if we needed the extra blankets, there wouldn't have been an issue getting them. There is a diner next door which is convenient but be prepared as it is a pricey buffet but they did have king crab legs, crawfish and wide variety of other seafoods and other dishes for dinner. Overall a great experience for the cost and short distance from the airport.

Convenient accommodation for flying in and out of PHL Airport, clean and stress free.
Pros:

About 10 minutes from PHL Airport, a convenient place to stay when going in and out of this airport. Breakfast is included, the front desk staff is efficient and friendly, efficient shuttle service to PHL. Will stay again

A Nice Quick Overnight Stay
Pros:

I needed a quick overnight stay after delaying an original departure from PHL by a day to attend a family friend’s wake.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to PHL & my familiarity with the Wyndham/LaQuinta brand.

The stay was uneventful and quiet with the only issue being a broken exterior building key card lock (the lock unit was completely gone) allowing unfettered access into the building. The property its self was slightly dated, but super clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. From check in, breakfast, and check out, services were very efficient and on time.

Great place and good price
Pros:
