Hanoi Esplendor Hotel and Spa

I would appreciate more if they updated the room information more in Expedia. Booked and pay extra for the room with the view and balcony. When I get there ours room doesn’t have any of that and they claim that Expedia didn’t update the information, besides that everything was good.

2nd time staying and it was great like the first. Will definitely be back

Breakfast restaurant at level 8 is very comfortable and great privacy. Food spread is not extensive but sufficient.

We loved this hotel. It is conveniently placed and has friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is beautiful. Staff sorted a really reasonable transfer to the airport. Although Hanoi is really noisy, we weren't bothered by the noise in our room at all. We would definitely return

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The staff were amazing, kept the rooms sparkling clean, prepared a very nice buffet breakfast, and recommended some really amazing local restaurants with food unique to Hanoi.

One of the best small hotels we’ve stayed at. Clean upgraded room, comfortable bed with good pillows and an excellent buffet breakfast.

Kris and the staff are what make this small hotel as good as any big hotel. Dining recommendations, tour assistance, local services and even coordinating with other travel agencies made our vacation in Hanoi wonderful.

Little conveniences like opening up breakfast early to provide us a warm meal before an early tour makes this small hotel feel very special.

I can easily touch the ceiling in the room effortlessly and has got no view and no window, claustrophobic person should see room details before confirm booking. I'm on the 7th floor and can hear breakfast preps every morning from the 8th floor. Ongoing reno works during my stay, knocking and drilling sound act as auto second wake up call at 7am after breakfast prep. Decided to change hotel after 2nights stay. Overall, team members were very friendly and helpful.

Esplendor Hotel was a very very pleasant stay. The location was walkable along the Old Quarter of Ha Noi, and the food recommendations we got were amazing! Also, very helpful staff and great cleanliness. Tourists rarely visit Viet Nam from our country (Honduras), but we will be sure to send them their way in Ha Noi!

The location is great, the staff are very helpful (shoutout to Chris), friendly and accommodating. They can’t do enough for you. The amenities and facilities are sufficient for what we needed during our trip. The cleanliness of the hotel is great. Would definitely recommend. Our stay at Esplendor was comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent customer service

The hotel is clean, nice and comfortable. My room wasn't the quietest but i managed to still sleep well. Lena is amazing. She has been unbelievably helpful. She even helped me when I wasn't staying at the hotel. I would book here again as long as Lena works there 🙂

Such an amazing property with a fantastic location and staff.

I checked in April 22 and was to check out April 25 but extended a night and they were accommodating. The day of departure a staff member even drove me to the train station on his scooter and took me to my train cabin. Awesome staff and service and the location is so central with everything right there.

The Esplendor Hotel has gorgeous, comfortable rooms and especially the executive triple suite which we had, has plenty of room to move around for three people. The rooms are really nicely fitted out and appointed. The bedding is of great quality too, you sink into the bed and the lovely, white bedding. The couch seat in front of flat screen TV, separate desk and luggage stand, really fill all essential traveller needs and comforts. Leo, Jane and Lena and all front desk staff, give great, personable customer service and advice for travellers AND take your suggestions too.
We had a lovely stay at Esplendor Hotel. The location in the Old Quarter is so handy to everything and everywhere you’d want in Hanoi too. I’d recommend a stay at the Esplendor Hotel to any one. The breakfast, which is included, is also very good, with a great selection and available in the delightfully light breakfast room at the top of the hotel. Something for everyone to choose. The Esplendor Hotel is really good value actually, and no one would be disappointed staying there I believe.

I liked the room, it was modern with good air conditioning
