Sauna kostet extra, und man muss Bescheid geben, damit sie überhaupt anschalten.

Mit Frühbucher-Preis noch ok, aber ärg, unddem Hotel und seinem gehobenen Anspruch nicht angemessen.
Pros:

Große und saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Gute Essensqualität beim Frühstück.

Cons:

6 Zimmer für Familie und Freunde gebucht, Donnerstag vor der Ankuft und vor Ort letzte Details besprechen - 10 min lang wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden. Ging Freitag einem Gast genauso.
Es sollten in zwei Zimmern Zustellbetten rein. Hat in einem Zimmer dann nicht gar funktioniert, obwohl bei der Anreise noch mal angesprochen, und dann versprochen. Kind (11) schlief zwangsweise mit im Elternbett.
Beim Frühstück sollte eine lange Tafel gestellt werden. Hat dann erst auf Nachfrage funktioniert. Das externe Nur-Frühstücker auch vor Ort kostenfrei Parken erfuhren wir hinterher. Speisenauswahl ok, aber auch ncht mehr. Kein Tisch-Abräumservice. Also so gar nicht in der ersten Stunde. Da nicht intuitiv, sah die Kaffeemaschine zur Halbzeit wüst aus - wurde aber nie (sehen und einfaches abwischen genügt) gereinigt.
