Location accessible

Cons:

My requests to change the check in date were completely ignored and found myself going back and forth between the property management and booking.com customer service. It sucked and it was unacceptable.

Could have been better!
Pros:

The breakfast was not the best. They had bread but no toaster. On the first day, there was no oatmeal, no muffins, no bread, nothing.

Cons:

The pool was closed the first 2 days. I traveled with small children and booked the hotel due to it having an indoor pool. The breakfast was also not the best.

I can’t believe this is a Hampton Inn, we’ve come to expect more from the brand.
Pros:

Location off I-85 as we traveled through.

Cons:

Bed was SO uncomfortable. The door had a gap that you could stick a finger through allowing light and noise through. Not even a toaster at breakfast..
