Soggiorno complessivamente positivo, ma con necessità di ristrutturazione

Colazione ottima e camera spaziosa. Posizione ottima e parcheggio

Cons:

Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto la presenza di maggiori kit in bagno e una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. Molte cose erano usurate o parzialmente rotte (chiave della porta, prese, ecc)

Pros:

Ci sono stati diversi inconvenienti e lo staff ha cercato di rimediare pur non riuscendo.

Cons:

La camera non era assolutamente valutabile un 4 stelle. Piccolissima, in una parte del letto non c’era neanche una presa, la distanza tra letto e muro circa 35 cm si rischia di sbattere la testa. La ventola del bagno era guasta e nonostante io abbia fatto rilevare il problema non è stata riparata e non mi è stato offerto il cambio di camera. La ragazza che ha ripulito la camera ha dimenticato la porta aperta e al mio rientro avvenuto oltre le 20 di sera mi sono ritrovata l’acceso libero.
