Pros:

Struttura ottima, ristorante al top, colazione continentale e intercontinentale. Ambienti ben arredati e puliti. Personale gentile e professionale. Che dire? Ci tornerei senza alcuna esitazione. La qualità attesa è stata ampiamente superata dalla qualità percepita.

Metà soggiorno in attesa...tra ascensori e colazione
Pros:

La camera era abbastanza pulita, tranne le finestre.

Cons:

La camera era al quarto piano e dei 2 ascensori ne funzionava solo 1 e a tratti.
Si bloccava di continuo con file per accedervi.
Fila in attesa per un tavolo per la colazione, anche se l'unica persona veramente gentile e disponibile è stato il responsabile di sala che ha fatto di tutto per liberarci un tavolo dopo l'iniziale attesa.
La moquette dei corridoi piena di grandi macchie.
L'ascensore sporco pieno di rifiuti a terra.
