Pros:

Nulla, è andato tutto male

Cons:

Mi hanno rubato la moto nel loro parcheggio “custodito e videosorvegliato” il direttore dell’hotel si è negato e il personale non ci ha aiutato in nessun modo. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare per andare alla polizia. Pessimo trattamento

L’emplacement avec parking , le cadre extérieur, la gentillesse du personnel. La très bonne cuisine. Les produits douche qui sentent extrêmement bon !! Tout était parfait

Vous avions réservé une mise à disposition anticipée et nous ne l'avons pas eu à l'heure prévue mais l'hôtel a voulu nous la facturer quand même !!!

Cons:

2 major problems:
1) Management should not instruct reception staff to demand presentation and recording of credit/ debit card. This is in flagrant contradiction of bank instructions. It places your guest/ customer at grave risk of card theft or worse.
2) Your internet needs urgent attention. I had to provide my own wifi. Customers expect a working and decent internet operation, particularly, those people who stay at your level of hotel.

Chambre confortable. Hôtel calme . L'équipes accueillant. Jeu extérieur pour les enfants très pratique.

Cons:

Dommage la piscine n'était pas nettoyé. Pleins de feuilles et d insectes. Mon fils n'a pas pue profité de la piscine. Il était déçu.

Struttura in posizione comoda e buoni servizi

Cons:

Durante la seconda notte hanno rubato nel parcheggio dell' albergo la moto del mio compagno di viaggio.
Il fatto è avvenuto proprio davanti alle telecamere e per ragioni non chiare il cancello di sicurezza è rimasto aperto tutta la notte.
Il personale non ha collaborato molto alla risoluzione del problema anzi, hanno fornito versioni contrastanti sulla vicenda.
Comunque l' intera zona è rischiosa per i motociclisti
