Convenient but better check in and air con that works and better family rooms could make it so much better.
Pros:

Not far off our route on the way back from the Alps. Good continental breakfast.

Cons:

Check in was very slow. We waited 30mins as only 1 member of staff on check in and a large group before us.
Huge amounts of road noise as close to the motorway. Air con does not work so you have to sleep with windows open as it is so hot but then you get the road noise and pollution.
Please start to offer family rooms with a double and two singles not just two doubles to be more appropriate for those with teenagers.

Le personnel est très agréable et l'emplacement est bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Cons:

Bien que l'hôtel se présente comme kids friendly, je trouve dommage que le menu du restaurant ne propose pas plus de repas adaptés aux enfants et dans un tarif plus abordable. Je n'ai même pas pu récupérer en doggy bag ce que mon bébé n'a pas mangé. Je trouve cela dommage car le reste est parfait.
