Pros:

Amazing location which is fairly quite but just around the corner from old town and the bustle of the city. Breakfast had a generous selection of foods.

Cons:

The bed was very soft. The bathroom was good but it felt dated.

Pros:

Nocowaliśmy dwie noce. Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji do zwiedzania. Pokoje czyste. Personel bez zarzutu. Hotel jest już starszy i w pokojach widać ślady użytkowania (wgłębienia w ścianach, odpryski na meblach, itp). Dla dużych estetów może to być problem. Podkreślę, że przy tych mankamentach jest naprawdę czysto. Sam hotel spełnia kryteria hotelu trzygwiazdkowego.

Cons:

należałoby odnowić/poprawić stan pokoi - ślady użytkowania są dość widoczne, ale nie uniemożliwiają korzystania z pokoju

Excelente opción en Gdansk
Pros:

Excelente opción en Gdansk. Junto al centro pero en una zona tranquila. Bien conectado con la estación de tren con un tranvía que para en la puerta. Espacios comunes amplios y modernos y habitación perfectamente equipada.

Cons:

El colchón es un poco blando y el secador tiene poca potencia. El jardín trasero estaba en obras.

The best location in The Old Town with superb breakfast.
Pros:

Very helpful and professional staff with great level of English speaking.
Amazing location right in the Old Town.
Superb breakfast.
Spacious room, very comfy bed and we loved that the toilet was separate from the shower room. Highly recommended. We will be back. Thanks for the Novotel Team for looking after us.

Cons:

The bed was overly soft. Couldn't really slept in it as I kept sinking ín the matress. The room could use an update, it felt like early 2000s.
