Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. W hotelu czysto, odnowiony. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra do zwiedzania. Na korytarzu stacje z wodą do picia.

Cons:

Hotel po remoncie ale budynek ma swoje lata i widać przeróbki. Toaleta została wydzielona z łazienki i nie miała umywalki. Włącznik światła do toalety znajdował się przy łazience a nie przy toalecie. klimatyzacja działała ale była starego typu, z czasów budowania budynku więc raczej nieoczyszczona. Karty do pokoju nie zawsze działały, rozmagnesowywaly się i trzeba było na nowo je kodowac. .

Cons:

After a long journey, we received a disappointing welcome. We were told that our reservation had almost been cancelled because we arrived late without notifying the hotel, even though our stay had already been fully paid for and everything was ready for our arrival.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the mattress was far too soft.

The bar closes much too early. Even during the World Cup final, when the lobby was full of guests watching the match, it wasn't possible to buy a drink because the bar had already closed.

The outdoor playground was closed for maintenance. This was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process, which was disappointing.
