Basically the stay was Great! zi always chose Hampton Inn because it's kid friendly and the breakfast

Overpriced
Pros:

I was very disappointed with my stay. Before we even arrived, I called the hotel with a few questions and the staff member I spoke with was rude and unhelpful.

The hotel charges a $50 incidental hold per night when i was told 25 on the phone before I booked plus $5 per night for parking, which is ridiculous considering the quality of the property. I've stayed at much nicer hotels for less money that offered free parking, lower incidental holds, and better amenities.

The room had an unpleasant smell, and the setup was odd. There was a huge curtain that made it look like there was a large window behind it, but it was actually just a wall with a very small window. The room felt dark and cramped.

Another disappointment was the TV. There was no streaming capability, only regular channels, which feels outdated compared to most hotels today.

Overall, this hotel did not provide the value I expected for the price. Between the extra fees, the condition of the room, and the poor customer service, I would not stay here again and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Experience could have been better with customer service.
Pros:

The cleanliness of my room and the hallway. Breakfast was great. The day of checkout the lady at the front counter was very helpful in understanding the issue I had with the rate of my room through booking.com and what I was charged when I checked in.

Cons:

While Checking in front desk informed that the rate I had was not showing the rate from booking.com, I even showed him my confirmation email from booking and he told me that I could not check in unless I paid the rate that was in Hampton Inn’s system. I felt like he didn’t want to listen or bothered when I even showed him my confirmation email.

Good stay but little things that could have made it outstanding.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. We were given drinks (water and soda with a snack) upon arrival. Room was comfortable. There was plenty of room for my friend and I.

Cons:

There was no outlet very close to full size mirror in room. The breakfast was disappointing. Eggs had peppers and I can't eat peppers. The seat I sat in had absolutely not pad - I was sitting directly on a two by four. Shower did make a funny noise when water ran.
