Very friendly and professional staff. Great location right in the airport - and next to train station. Very convenient

What a rip-off. Booked 2 rooms, then due to an emergency change, I tried to move both rooms to an earlier date, I wasn't even asking for a refund, but they would not move, kept the money for those two rooms and told us we had to book yet another room on the earlier date that was over $250 MORE than a comparable room at the Charles de Gaulle Hilton. How deseperate does a hotel chain have to be to NOT try to help with this emergency change? We instead booked at the Hilton and all of our future travels to CDG we will stay at the Hilton. NEVER STAYING AT A SHERATON AGAIN.
Excellent location, impressive, nice restaurant , saves you a lot of time
Stayed there one night to catch an early morning international flight. The hotel is adjacent to the airport and very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a one night stay.
Great location for flying out the next morning. Totally sound proof!
They need to update check in technology.
Long lines of tired travelers. It took me 30 minutes to check in in spite of electronic check in and prepayment.
They hand “enter “!all the passport data.
I am sure scanner technology exists. Time to step up!
Their unique location will allow this poor customer service longer. But then it will not.
Did not do gym
Good hotel.
Did not have long enough stay to give a valid assessment. Room seemed clean, spacious, well supplied.
Very convenient to the gates & to the train to go to Paris unless there’s an ongoing strike.
Nice hotel in the middle of the airport. Very convenient for our early morning flight.
Not Family-Friendly & No Consideration for Bonvoy Loyalty
The policies here are rigid and not family-friendly, especially for guests traveling with infants.
When I inquired about a reasonable exception, I received a formal response citing building permit regulations and “strict occupancy limits.” While compliance is important, other Marriott properties have demonstrated far more flexibility, guest care, and family accommodations in similar situations.
This makes the property feel transactional rather than welcoming. The emphasis appears to be on maximizing occupancy and revenue rather than providing the hospitality, loyalty recognition, and family-friendly service expected from the Marriott brand.
Many competing airport hotels at CDG offer both compliance with safety standards and genuine efforts to meet guest needs.
Clean room - great stuff
Tired and old rooms. Stained carpets, looked un vacuumed worn furniture , missing furniture and broken fixtures.
The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable, however a couple of updates could significantly improve the rooms. Utility connections for phones, computers, etc are out of date and really not compatible with modern devices. Also the carpet in the room was worn and stained and should be replaced. Otherwise, the room was very acceptable.
The room and bathroom are outdated. The shower door was old, toilet felt like it was going to break, the entire room felt like it was 1980s. For the price, one would expect modern fixtures and hardwood flooring instead of carpet which made rolling suitcases difficult. The only reason to stay is because it’s walking distance to terminals for early flights.
Very smooth and user friendly; the woman at the concierge desk was exemplary!
Very convenient for a traveller arriving at CDG late and departing early. Signage is not great and I was struggling to find it without realizing I was basically right in front of it. Check in staff was a bit rude - more interested in getting to the next customer than taking the trouble to explain why I was given a room with two beds when I had booked a king bed room. When I finally got to the room which was as far from the lift as possible, I realized it was triple, which was in effect an upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. It was a little tired though and in need of minor upkeep/repair and the minibar fridge was empty. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
