Muy bueno y acogedor excelente lugar

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el trato fue excelente: el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, cómodas y bien equipadas, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa.

La ubicación es perfecta, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos, y las instalaciones del hotel son muy agradables y bien cuidadas. Todo estaba organizado y limpio, lo que realmente hizo la diferencia.

Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva. Lo recomendamos totalmente y esperamos volver pronto.

Pros:

Great selection of breakfast items. Very good fresh fruit and water. Staff kept everything stocked and refreshed.

Cons:

Will definitely stay at this location again.
Pros:

Spacious comfortable clean rooms. Beds we very comfortable. No noise heard from ouiside or street. Staff very friendly and accomidating. Locations is close to many restaurants and shopping.

Probably wont stay again
Pros:

The room had some challenges. The drapes were mounted with screws into the drywall and not anchors, so it was hanging by 2 screws. We had to prop the drapes up so that they would stay closed. The coffee maker did not work, even after telling the front desk about it. The smoke detector was partially covered with blue painters tape and the desk chair needed to be replaced. Overall not the Marriott quality I would expect.

Pros:

I didn’t like that I paid for a room and would not get the price matched I requested and got denied by several agents after explaining why I requested it due to a wedding. I got there and the first night the rooms ac did not work and the room was warm the size of the room was reasonable for the price I paid . Saturday morning day of the wedding-event we got moved to another room where it was smaller and pretty much the same ac worked in the morning and evening it stopped.

Pros:

Tried an early check-in 12:15 PM was told no rooms available, nothing cleaned yet, no biggie. Said they woul call when one was available. At 1:30 my daughter called and told us they had just checked in. Still at 2: 15 no call. Went back out , poof room available.
