Beds were very comfortable, rooms had every amenity needed (except for bidet).
No bidet.
La decoración es muy original, la comodidad de la cama, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, los detalles de bienvenida y las notas amables.
La ducha no tiene puerta completa y se moja el resto del baño, ademas la ducha acumuló agua que salió a la madrugada.

Lo k más me gustó fue el ambiente de cuento y la temática con los mensajes de los pasillos. También estaba todo muy limpio.
Hôtel magnifique. Le cadre est époustouflant. Nous avions une chambre avec le thème Alice au pays des merveilles. Magnifique les employés sont au petit soin. Et leur petit restaurant ?

Es difícil de elegir, el cuidado detalle de habitación e instalaciones, el desayuno por la calidad y lo bonito, o mención especial a todos los chicos/as de recepción, imposible see más amable. Todo un 10. Repetiremos seguro!

Albergo in posizione strategica, vicino a Plaza de Castilla e comodo per gli spostamenti. La stanza era confortevole e pulita, con Wi-Fi funzionante. Staff cortese e disponibile. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole.
