It was old and beat up, the staff was rude, it didn't look like the picture, the pictures must have been like 20 years old. The refrigerator and the microwave and the lamp were all attached to the same plug and power switch. So when we left and turned off the lights it turned off the refrigerator and all our food went bad, and the staff blamed us!

Bed was too soft.

Pool was dirty, rooms where dirty, building itself was nasty need a power wash everywheres, same thing everyday not many options no fruit, breakfast time is too early who wants to go on vacation and have to be up at the buttt Crack of dawn to eat

If I could give zero stars for cleanliness and customer service, I would.

My family and I booked a two-night stay and checked in around 9:30 p.m. Shortly after entering the room, we discovered stained and apparently unclean bedding. We immediately notified the front desk and were assured the bedding would be changed while we were out.

When we returned around 11:30 p.m., the bedding still appeared dirty and stained. We contacted the front desk again, and instead of receiving an apology or immediate resolution, we were met with a rude and irritated attitude from the overnight employee. As paying guests, we should not have had to repeatedly request clean bedding.

The situation became even more concerning when I inspected the room further and found trash underneath the microwave. At that point, it was clear that basic housekeeping standards had not been met. The room did not feel clean, and the girls traveling with me no longer felt comfortable staying there.

Because the cleanliness issues were not properly addressed, we left the property that same night and paid for a room at another hotel out of our own pocket. We did not sleep in the room, use the beds, or stay overnight. The next day, I attempted to speak with management regarding a refund and cancellation of the second night. Instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the room, I was told that because I booked through Booking.com, there was nothing they could do.

The only positive thing I can say is that the beachfront location is beautiful. Unfortunately, even the beach area was overwhelmed with mosquitoes during our visit.

What disappointed me most was not just the condition of the room, but the lack of accountability afterward. Clean bedding and a clean room are the bare minimum expectations when staying at a hotel. We gave staff an opportunity to correct the issue, and they failed to do so. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Wardrobe had a nasty odor so we didn't want to hang clothes in there.

The beds are horrible/NOT comfortable. Some lamps were broken/missing light bulb etc. cleanliness not great

Rooms were old and dingy and even smelled musty. Bed could have been better. Room could have been cleaner. Leaky bathroom faucet. Hair on the shower walls, sticky fingerprints on headboard and food stuck on table. Carpet was disgusting.

The room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathtub and the walls had brown stuff dripping down in the entry way like it used to be a heavily smoked in room and was never cleaned. There were fish flies inside the room, like 100 of them when we got there. I sprayed bug spray and the left. There was a golf glove from the 80's under the night stand. It was crusty. One of the beds was so bad we couldn't sleep in it. The springs had sprung. The tub drain didn't hold water so I had to use a wash rag to help keep the water in to take a bath and then the washcloth came back up really yellow. Overall I wouldn't recommend them and won't stay again. The entire staff was foreign from somewhere in Africa and didn't talk much or smile. They were almost rude. Kids were all over in the hot tub and there was a lot of hair floating around. For a last minute let's pack a bag and go vacation I'm glad it was just to sleep.

They only had one plunger for the entire facility. Possibly invest in more than one or put one in each room

Floors were not clean. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Pillows were flat with no form at all when you laid your head on them. Towels were rough and uncomfortable.
