Pros:

This hotel was impecabbly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The Hogan restaurant next door had delicious food and wonderful service. The museum and gift shop next door had reasonable prices and lots of cool Diné (Navajo) items. I will definitly stay there again.

Pros:

They goofed on our reservation and had us in a second floor room even though during booking I specifically requested a first floor room due to mobility issues. Even though the hotel was "full" the woman at the front desk found a solution by giving us an "accessible" room even though we technically don't qualify for one. We aren't in wheel chairs but we can't climb stairs without a great deal of discomfort, so we were grateful for her solution.

Great and comfortable stay
Pros:

Was a very good experience overall. Nice centralized location. Good updated property and well taken care of. Had a good overall sleep and was quiet on a Monday night. Nice to be next to trading post and museum

I was absolutely blown away with my stay. The staff was great, facility was well maintained and easy access to surrounding sites ie Grand Canyon and Navajo sites

The desk lady’s were nice -the room tried to be clean but it just had a dirty feeling-it was wonderful to see u had bed bug bags on the beds thats wonderful -the coffee at the desk was horrible sorry
