Did not change room even requested. No towels have to ask receptionist. Room's key did not open have to ask to reset every day

The location and price.

Cons:

It was dirty, old, couldn’t get comfy in the bed and the room was full of humidity. The floors are thin so you heard tons of banging and sliding of chairs and doors slamming.

I don’t recommend the place and I think booking.com shouldn’t allow bookings with them.
Pros:

Only the area and price.
I called to get a refund and they refused and I told the guy I spoke with I don’t want a credit. I want a refund for part of what was paid. They only sent me a credit though. I don’t want that. I want you to start checking the hotels you are willing to book rooms with.

Cons:

Elevator was broken and the only rooms were all upstairs. They didn’t even have soap in the room. The bed on the metal frame wasn’t comfortable.

Room and building was disgusting, very dirty and smelled terrible. Room was supposed to be bon smoking but it wreaked of smoke. Not happy about this stay at all.

Cons:

Weird men standing at the entrance looking at people like if the were selling something 😒. Toilet 🚽 not working properly, Roaches, door lock didn’t work moved me to another room where door lock wasn’t working either. Smelled like marijuana from the lobby to the hallways. Some of male staff not helpful in the morning when checking out.

Pros:

Ac work good

Cons:

No fridge no microwave look like blood stain on sheets. Smelt like people where smoking up stairs a lot of talking all night got very little sleep toilet had mold.

The bathroom. The elevator being broken. The door room looked like it had been tampered with. The fridge making a ticking noise. (Had to get up and unplug to have a peaceful night.)
