Pros:

Leckeres Frühstück. Alles vorhanden. Sehr feiner Kaffee. Bequeme und grosse Betten. Eingehen auf Wünsche. Angenehmes Ambiente. Ruhe trotz Autobahn. Parkplätze frei und austeichend zur Verfügung. Gute Raumaufteilung im Zimmer.

Chambre vétuste et prestations très décevantes

Cons:

La chambre était très vétuste et plusieurs équipements étaient usés, voire cassés, sans avoir été remplacés.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel en partie parce qu'il annonçait des chambres climatisées. Voyageant avec de jeunes enfants, ce critère était essentiel, notamment en période de fortes chaleurs. Or, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pratiquement pas : seul un léger souffle d'air, non froid, sortait de l'appareil.

Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, la seule réponse de l'hôtel a été de nous fournir un ventilateur. Cette solution est totalement inadaptée et ne remplace en aucun cas une climatisation fonctionnelle. Elle ne permet pas de rafraîchir la chambre et ne répond pas aux besoins de jeunes enfants, particulièrement vulnérables aux fortes températures. Je trouve cette réponse particulièrement regrettable de la part d'un établissement de cette catégorie.

Nous avons également souhaité bénéficier du service en chambre, mais celui-ci est facturé avec un supplément de 8 €, ce qui est surprenant pour une mere seule avec deux enfants en bas âge.

S'agissant d'un établissement de la chaîne Novotel, je m'attendais à un niveau de qualité bien supérieur. Les installations comme les services proposés sont très en deçà des standards que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'une telle enseigne. Cette expérience a été particulièrement décevante.

Heerlijk rustig ook al is het hotel volgeboekt met gasten
Pros:

Elke ochtend een grappige voorstelling van een serveerster, dame - klein - dik.
Zogenaamd erg druk maar doet erg weinig. (wij hebben dit 4 ochtenden meegemaakt)
Loopt maar heen en weer en tijdens het opdekken en afruimen van de tafels vergeet ze steeds een deel af te ronden.
Tafel voor zes personen, wordt voor vijf personen gedekt en voor 4 personen waterglazen en wijnglazen neer gezet.
Bij het afruimen (tafel met 2 wijnglazen - 2 waterglazen - 2 koffie koppen en schotels en 2 borden) wordt door haar 2 koffie koppen en 2 schotel afgeruimd. En meld dan dat ze zo terug komt voor restant af te ruimen. 1 uur later stond het er nog
Stofzuigen:
- hoge tafel met barkrukken en zes stoelen, 1 stoel wordt verplaatst en wordt daar ook gestofzuigd
bij de andere vijf stoelen wordt niet gestofzuigd
- restaurant: wordt om de stoelen heen gestofzuigd, 15 eettafels - 10 minuten is alles gestofzuigd (wij hebben daar +/- 40 minuten voor nodig)

Voordeel, ze loopt erg veel heen en weer met lege handen dus de sprotschool kan ze overslaan.

Alleen voor dit schouwspel willen we wel weer overnachten bij Novotel

Not recommended. This is a Novotel in name only.
Pros:

The only redeeming feature was the location close to the motorway.

Cons:

It was not clean at all. The air conditioner was barely working. The breakfast was hardly worth £17 per person.

Pros:

Ми залишилися задоволені перебуванням у готелі. Номери були чисті, комфортні, з кондиціонером, завдяки чому ми чудово виспалися навіть під час сильної спеки.

Cons:

Єдине зауваження стосується сніданків. На весь зал була лише одна працівниця, і було видно, що їй дуже важко впоратися з такою кількістю гостей. Вона старалася, але через повну заповненість готелю не встигала вчасно поповнювати продукти та все організувати.
Це скоріше зауваження до керівництва: для такої кількості гостей варто передбачити більше персоналу під час сніданків. Працівниця робила все можливе, але одна людина фізично не може обслуговувати стільки людей одночасно.
